I purchase an alternator last month and unfortunately it was a defective one from the manufacturer not from O'Reilly's and it was under warranty and I had three alternators from the store on Atlantic Boulevard well needless to say all three were bad so I called the store manager his name is Tom and he politely heard my whole store what was going on the whole dilemma and he said what can I do to make it right well he took my information and he called me on a Saturday if I'm not mistaken just recently and he took care of the whole situation everything was handled so professionally and he was a man of his word thank you very much

Store is awesome. Some young worker decided to close store 3 min early (8:57). So I'm stock without car till next day. My part has a warranty so i couldn't exchange it. I did called them 8:50 and told them that I was on the way there.
