My experience was great and Parker made it even better. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Auto zone told me I needed a new alternator after purchasing a new car 3 years ago. Parker double checked for me and found it was actually the battery. Thank you Parker for being so patient and helpful!

I went in with a good friend of mine that is a regular customer there and felt like I walked into a life long friends home/church on Sunday morning. Got treated like I was family even though I wasnt the 1 spending money. I walked all around the store for about 30 minutes and never felt watched or like the employees thought like I was trying to steal. Not once! I got there in a depressed mood and left walking on clouds. Great employees and very polite professional and all around very nice people and clean store. 10 stars if I could.

I went in this location to get antifreeze for my van. I walk with a cane and have a walking boot on my left foot. When I first got in the store nobody was working at the counter so I walked over and found the antifreeze. Then I came back to the counter to get some assistance and someone appeared. He said I'll be with you in a minute, so he then asked me what I needed and I told him I needed some antifreeze for my van. He walked over, picked up their brand and handed it to me and said I'm sorry, but my register is way on the other side not offering to carry so I walked all the way over there, carrying the antifreeze then he handed it back to me after I paid for it, not offering to assist me in anyway by the time I got to the door I felt something pop in my arm, and I've been an agonizing pain since I left there. They should be more customer friendly especially when they see someone that needs help. Never been there before went because it was convenient at the time. But will be going back to AutoZone or advance auto. They're a little bit more customer friendly.
