“Mavis told me I had a coolant leak, told me to come back. Instead I went here to pro tech from the advice of a friend and I was happy I did. They checked for leaks but no leaks were found, so they filled me up and didn't charge me. I Was happy to tip the guy who checked and happy not to pay for a leak repair. “If I Could Give These Guys More Stars I Would , They Definitely Earned It. They’re Very Respectful And Welcome All There Customers With Open Arms. I Found Out I Needed A Brake Light Sensor In The Middle Of The Day , Everybody Said Monday But These Guys Told Me To Bring It In And Let Them Take A Look. They Got Me In, And Looked At It. Come To Find Out Its Not That , They Even Still Tried The New Sensor And It Still Didn’t Fixed The Problem . They Definitely Went Above And Beyond To Get It Taken Care Of . The shop is clean, with refreshments and delicious snacks. They genuinely care about customers and make sure we drive away from them with a smile and money still in our pockets. “Words cannot express my appreciation for the people who work at this Mavis location! Robbie, Neftali and Victor went above and beyond to make sure I went home with my car on a Sunday before a holiday! It was a day to remember when my tire blew out so I had to have it towed in late afternoon a little after 4pm. Not only did 2 tires need replacing, but there was issue after issue. They could have send me home and I wouldn’t have had my car until that Tuesday but they worked later than closing and extra hard to make sure I wouldn’t have to go without a car. They absolutely made an impossible situation for me a lot less impossible. I will be returning to this location for all of my car needs! I recommend them to the fullest. If you want people you can trust that will make sure you are safe in your vehicle and will work hard to get your vehicle fixed, this is where you need to be! I cannot thank them enough!”
“Took my VW Passat to John's automotive. They not only gave me a good price but accomplished EXCELLENT work. The dealership quoted me an extreme price to replace my ac compressor and also told me I should replace my condenser since it had "unusual" signs of wear. I stated this to John's automotive and they said my compressor did fail (same as what the dealership stated) but told me my condenser was fine. I only state this because John's automotive could have easily stated my condenser needed replaced too, but they were "HONEST BROKERS" and had complete integrity to let me know I didn't need to spend extra money for a part that didn't need replaced. I tell you all this because after my experience with John's automotive I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for all your automotive needs. They have truly won my business. If you want a "down to earth and HONEST" automotive repair shop, don't waste your time with other places, take it to John's, they will do you right. My thanks and gratitude to John's automotive.”

“It is so hard to find trustworthy automotive places. This is one of the best quick lanes I have ever gone to. The team is friendly and polite. The manager is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy! He will be honest about the prices, refer you to a reliable place if their shop cannot work on something, takes care of you with good communication, educating and customer service. He even called to have a new battery sent over from a shop just to make sure I felt comfortable with my battery replacement on my F150 and then called the next day to make sure my truck was running smoothly. “I recently had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube, and I wanted to share it. I went there because my car was leaking oil, and I couldn’t figure out why. It turned out that a previous Jiffy Lube location I had visited in Baymeadows had left my oil tank plug half an inch out, which could have caused serious issues in the long run if not addressed.
When I visited this Jiffy Lube, the staff, including managers Andrew and Kenny, were very apologetic about what had happened. They went above and beyond to make things right, not only fixing the issue but also replacing my oil with a higher-quality one, completely free of charge. Andrew, Kenny, and the rest of their team were very nice and attentive to the issue. They assured me that this would never happen again.
From now on, I am only going to go to this Jiffy Lube. They will take care of your car and inform you of the best course of action. They truly have your best interests in mind.”
