When I entered the store all of the copier machines in the self-serve area were being used. There were two people behind the counter at the copy and print department, one person out of uniform and one person in a red jacket. It seemed as though the lady out of uniform was training the lady in the red jacket. There were no printers being used behind the counter by the two print associates. I asked the lady who was out of uniform if she could make a copy and laminate a piece of paper I'd brought in, she stated that I would have to leave it and pick it up on a later day. I was confused because, having been a copy and print supervisor for Office Depot myself, we would often do tasks for customers while they waited if we didn't have any jobs that were pending at the time. And again, none of the machines were being used behind the counter. I decided to go and buy a laminator and do the job at home myself and when I came back to stand in line for the self-serve printer so I could make a copy, there were five people ahead of me in line waiting for the self-serve copiers. While I was standing there six more people got in line behind me. Mind you, the whole time the two associates were not doing any type of copy and print jobs at all. The four people that were at the self printers when I entered the store, were there for at least 30 minutes because they were having difficulty figuring out how to work them for the jobs that they needed to do. At no time did the two associates come out and attempt to help the people at self-serve. After standing there for about 20 minutes with several customers asking for help, the associate out of uniform asked us to make a straight line and that was the only time that she spoke to any of us. I'm extremely disappointed in Office Depot because the work ethic that was present when I was copy and print supervisor is no longer apparent. As I was leaving, I spoke to a cashier and found out that the two women that I thought were associates were both in fact managers. Needless to say, the store that I used to love will no longer be getting my business. Ever. If I could give less than one star I would.

You can find a lot of office supplies that you need and tech and mobile accessories. You can get copies, prints, scans, and faxing done. You can ship packages through FedEx and USPS here as well. They also do PC diagnostics and basic PC repairs. You can also get furniture as well.

I used to get all my business print jobs done here. But ever since they made it to where you can only get something printed by placing the order online, Office Depot consistently misses the mark. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your printing needs. UPS, staples, minuteman, your local printers, anyone!

Saturday 11/25/23Came in as always for the last 25 years. Absolutely the worst staff I have ever experienced. Un welcoming, acting as if I was a complete bother. Got help from electronics girl. Showed her what I needed and she still sold me the wrong scan disk. Went back inside and she was still Absolutely RUDE. Never be back in this place again. 25 plus years of my money you will never see again.

The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A place like this requires a lot of patience and the entire crew exhibited extreme patience with the customers. I will also give a special shout out to Dom in the copy center. Dom was extremely helpful and professional.

purchased office desk and equipment and was told it would be delivered on a day and we did not received. Called and they stated it would be delivered the next day and we never received. Tried to call corporate and nothing but the runaround you can never talk to anyone only a robot and they keep you on hold until you decide to hang up the phone. Never seen this from a major company before. I would give a zero but it’s not there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I accidentally sent in an order to be picked up at this location for (2) 5X7 flyers ( nothing major ). I realized that I accidently sent them to the wrong location (Pregnancy Brain), I needed the Jacksonville Beach Location. So, I called and said Hey, I take full accountability for my mistake.. I sent these two flyers to the wrong address, anyway you can send the file to the Jacksonville Beach location? The man who answered, said let me look into it and placed me on hold for 15 minutes (he forgot to hit hold, I heard him talking to other employees or customers) after waiting roughly 12 minutes, it was silent, and I said Hello a few times and got nothing. So, I hung up waited a few minutes and called back! Same Kid (I refuse to call him an adult or man) answered. I again said Hello, this is Claire again, I was left on hold I'm calling regarding the 2 flyers. He said you're not in the system. I said Well did you get the spelling of my name Correct? he said ya your aren't here. I said well look I have TWO confirmation numbers with this address and there is absolutely no way I can get to Normandy area can I please give you my Confirmation number to look it up. He then proceeded to argue with me that he isn't off Normandy or near Normandy.. (The Pin dropped on the map wth my order confirmation says Normandy, I knew it was Ramona Blvd, but i was just saying the area "Normandy") I then gave him my confirmation number and sure enough I come up in the system. He said well its already done (Tho pick up was for 5:00pm, this all happened at 2:00-2:30) I said alright, well can it be shipped or something? like I've said I can't get to Normandy area, I'm 30+ minutes away. He then again proceeded to argue that he wasn't near Normandy.. (I've made it very obvious I couldn't get to this location... I need a solution here.) I said I need a manager.. he went silent I then said " Jesus F , Please get me a manager " (I take accountability I shouldn't have cursed at him, but this is ridiculous) what has happened to customer service?? I've been argued this entire phone call, left on hold, and I'm the one here trying to figure out a solution. He then yelled at me to " calm down" and put me on hold and I waited on hold knowing he Likely wouldn't get a manager then the line automatically disconnected. Attempted to call back, no answer. THEN I called my LOCAL Jacksonville Beach Location, an explained everything that had happened (along with taking accountability for dropping a F bomb out of frustration) and the employee said it would've relayed on the Employee at the " Ramona Blvd...Normandy area " to send over the file, but instead place a new order and he'll Cancel the other order for me from that location. All in all, happy ending but ZERO THANKS TO THIS LOCATION.

My daughter is a school teacher and she purchased a printer for her laptop. It does not work with her laptop and she even took it to her IT person at the school but they could not work on outside printers. HER receipt said 30 days but because it was a printer the return date is 15 days,. When she returned it, it was the 17th day and the store manager would not accept it. The 15 day return period is in the store but not on the receipt, The manager and clerk was very unprofessional and if I could give them a zero, I would. The manager could have taken it back and gave her astore credit BUT she chose not to. She called corporate and was advised its up to the store. She's out of $135 and still can't print.She was able to print at my computer but she has to print on both sides and this would have to be done manual. So again, not feasible but the manager still would not take the return. Teachers are already underpaid and overworked and to just lose $135 is painful.bd to just losr resll
