The printing department guy was just standing around doing nothing but couldn't make any large sized blueprints while I waited. You need to drop them off and come back later today to pick them up. I'm willing to wait but that doesn't work of them. I drive 30 minutes each way so coming back doesn't work for me.

You want to know why a business fails... you hire body's and not personalities. Prefer a personality and an ounce of product kowledge.. the person at the front door is on their phone. And the print department barely knows how to push "Start"A truly wasted trip I will never make again!

Waited 1 hour to print since one printer was out of service. When it was finally my turn to print the only printer in use stopped working. The lady behind the counter refused to print anything because she was backed up. Money was still taken out of my account and I had to leave without it printed. No workers attempted to help fix the problem

1st off this is the 8653 Baymeadows Rd, Jax Fl location AND Office Depots website. I had tried to order a print order to pick up at the store as I had to scan additional documents. I NEVER save my credit card to ANY sites, but I guess they chose to anyways! Also the papers showed up with lines of ink streaming down, and bent! So when I went to place my order mind you for 6 pages, it charged my card $13.95 without me even putting in my cards, AND mailed to to me! I contacted their online support and NEVER heard back. So then I had to go to the store pay AGAIN to print it, and do my scanning. The store employees were of no use just kept saying online orders have to be addressed online. Needless to say, IF I ever do business with them again (which I have been doing for my business I own) I will NOT trust their customer service both online or in store. And since I make it a point to NEVER save my credit card info on sites, they have SEVERELY lost my trust!Here's some tips Office Depot Online AND In StoreDo NOT save customers credit card information when they say they don't want to.Respond to issues (I tried to cancel it immediately after you guys charged my card)Don't send out papers with toner ink stripes.Don't charge people without FIRST showing the total you will be charging!Have better associates that have an ounce of car or concern not just "Um you're gonna have to take that up with online" and didn't even look me in the eye.Don't make a customer wait 20 minutes to pay you when there was NO ONE there, she was shuffling things around with about 4-5 people waiting behind me, AND helped someone else that came after me that she seemed to know!
