Ali and his crew are awesome! Always friendly! He appreciates his customers. Myself and my family always shop here above the local chain convenience stores. If you want something he doesn’t sell and he can get it, he will. Safe, good prices, but most of all great customer service!

Will never return to do business at this store again. He up the price on merchandise as I stood at counter because of a discount coupon. He up the price to cover coupons when I confronted him. I have been in his store every week for the last five years, and I will never return because of him cheating his customer.

Oceanway Food Store is located on the corner of Main Street and Ponce Road in the northern part of Jacksonville, Florida. While the building has definitely seen better days, the inside has the usual convenience store items.There is a decent amount of parking, but it was getting kind of jammed because of the amount of people that were there for the Mexican food trailer located on the premises.All in all, it fit its purpose.

The guy who runs the shop is shady when it comes to doing business with people who live around the area that he can take advantage of. Never do any side jobs for this man or he will leave you with no compensation for your time. I will never spend another dollar there

well let me just say befor i went to oceanway foodstore i was going someplace els and there all just cash and go no friendleyness at all then i happen to go to oceanway foodstore and thay maid me fill like a human being everytime the boss we wont say who who lil but treated me with so much respect.and what a scence of humor on him i alway leave smilling or laughting and his beatful wife is so friendley and cares about her coustermers.i love them like familey and cant wate to have a reason to go in even if to say hi so all u northen people wonna meat good old hometown country fokes and be treated like a person go to oceanway foodstore i swaer youll leave with a smile hell thay might even leave the lights on lol

very clean store, cold beer, always find cooler full of great soda , monster drinks, juice, cold cold. products, friendly service, you should really visit this store! open till 11:00 P.M. except on Sunday closes at 10:00

This place is doing illegal additional charges for using your debit card. It even has a sign stating it above the checkout registers. According to federal and state laws establishments can only charge additional charges for credit card purchases. NOT DEBIT TRANSACTIONS. But they will continue to get away with it until enough people call the state attorney generals office and report it. Without enough people calling and reporting it, no actions will ever be made to address this problem.
