GREAT service at St. John's Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions and helping me to get the glasses I really needed.

Just had cataract surgery so all my prescription glasses were no longer useful to me without changes the lenses to nonprescription lenses. Called the local Oakley store, asked about their inventory of standard lenses, and had the new lenses installed within 3 hours of calling. Great customer service!

I have been an Oakley sunglasses fan for many years and the manager James @ The St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida, is incredible. James has immense knowledge of all Oakley products and he tourguided through my selection process and notified me of all promotions. Thank you for being outstanding in customer service. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Excellent spot; very friendly, knowledgeable staff and quick service. Inventory was a little limited, but that's ok, I got the main thing I had gone in there for, and the other stuff I can get online.

Great store with a good inventory of glasses and apparel. We found what we wanted and were able to purchase great glasses at a great price. The kids left with some nice clothing too!

I've been to this store many times and the people there never know anything about the product but I can live with that because I know what I'm looking for 20+ year customer of Oakley's but today was the last time I'll be shopping at the store in town I needed a $2.50 part a nose pad for a pair that's been out for over a year but they didn't have them so was told I can only go online so with the shipping it's $15+ there only excuse was there's not a volt or there warehouse I guess he was talking about is no where near us so ordering online was only opinion you would think if the store knows that maybe they would at least have 2-3 on there recurring parts list but next time I'll wait to spend $30 so my shipping is free just not worth going to the store the owners should be proud

Difficult to review really. Great location and lots of non-sunglass Oakley options. The odd part? There isn't a ton of Sunglass selection. They seem to have older models but not all the real ones. Tried on 2 different occasions, with a sales associates help, to order a pair online using their in-store kiosk, both times failed. Even odder, the store across the street has the newer model Oakleys with a $30 discount..... Our sales associate was very helpful. The manager was disinterested and disengaged.
