“Oh my gosh guys, I used to think I could never afford to turn my house into a jungle, but with Garden Shack prices, selection and quality, I totally can!! By far the cheapest I’ve ever seen plants, and they all look super healthy and well-cared for. Their customer service is really amazing: they were so knowledgeable and helpful, gave me a first time visitor discount, and they helped me load up my car! So excited about this place, can’t wait to go back!!”
“Looks can be deceiving. This is a fantastic little feed store. Excellent selection and pricing on gardening supplies. Lots of vegetables and herbs for the same price, or cheaper, as the big garden centers. Cheap pots & great potting soil. Employees that take pride in the products they offer. Someone's always willing to help you to the car. And if you don't see what you're looking for, ask. There's a good chance there's some in the back. Bunnies for $25 (vs. $100+ at pet stores). Parrot food, dog food, chicks, pest control, flea treatments, you never know what you may find”

“First time in last week and I was floored. I had no idea this place had so much stuff. Everything was healthy, organized and beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly. Every turn lead me to more gorgeousness! I love the signs explaining the plants and their needs. I really loved the unique and colorful pottery in the back. Big plus was having gloves and gardening supplies available right up front. Definitely looking forward to coming back. My son loved it too.”

“Honestly best nursery in Jax. The variety of flowers and shrubs is incredible. Also they have just about every fruit and citrus trees available and less costly than going to Home Depot. Plenty of parking and very friendly staff. Honestly I could spend hours here browsing around.”

“These people are amazing. We called all the way from Macclenny looking for milkweed. They had it at a great price, way cheaper then most and look good too. Thanks to them our butterflies got to eat. When we got there they had already picked out the 30 plants we needed and even offered us to look at the others to make sure they where good enough. We bought more and really loved the kindness of these folks. I will definitely travel the extra miles for such a great group of people.”

I went today and Shelby was so helpful in giving me great tips for transplanting milkweed and how to maximize its growth, as well as other ideas for my garden. Their prices can’t be beat! Thank you!”
“I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”

He is very helpful and has a vast knowledgeable of , not just the rental site but even as he is walking the store he stops and says hi to almost every customer he passes and asks If he can help. He is totally dedicated to customer service and filling the customers needs selflessly. He has several awards for customer service and wears them proudly, deservedly so. He's great!”
“I had a wonderful experience. A young man (Gabriel) called me on last week to inform me I purchased paint and it was still at the store. I remembered I had an emergency that day and could not stay until both cans were mixed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since my sister passed as a result of COVID-19 and paint was the farthest thing from my mind. I happened to be on the way to Home Depot this morning and who but Gabriel would call me again to remind me of my purchase!!! This young man was just AWESOME! It was really nice to meet him! I've rented several times and am always impressed. I'm not much of a diy guy, but with youtube and the same tools the pros use, you can do a lot for way, way less.”

“Simple, efficient and straightforward. I rented a utility trailer and it was ready to pick up and in great condition. I needed to extend the rental time window and I was able to call and talk to a person; super easy. No weird fees or bs extra charges. Will absolutely be renting from them again.
Bonus: I saw they had some of the rental equipment for sale at a solid discount as well.”

“Hell I was looking for a new tool box for my truck and was going to go to tractor supply, however they got woke so I guess they'll go broke, I went to home Depot opened up a new account in about 5 minutes and bought my new tool box.$50 off for opening the account, 6 months no interest if I pay the balance off. Put the new tool box in the back of Sequoia and headed home ?”
“I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!”
“I came in looking for some plywood for a project I'm working on and Nikki was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out the type I needed and took it to the front for me. I wasn't sure how I was going to transport it and she offered to help tie it to my car's roof, she ended up helping me load it into the back of my minivan. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience!”
