Company has no interest in its customers. I’ve called the office with a mechanical issue on a car they sold us, told my wife what they would do and how they would handle it. When the time came they denied offering any help. Now I have a vehicle from them that the security alarm goes off every time you lock it. Would not recommend going to buy anything from people like this

I was checking out their specialty cars. Tom and John spent time with me. LISTENED to Me. Within a month they found a car that met my Needs and at a Price I wanted. Absolutely No Pressure. So if you're looking for that Special Car give em a shot. RECOMMENDED HIGHLY .

purchased a car from Tom. the radiator blew within ten miles . he argued with me before replacing it ,then just another ten miles after that the motor blew (I'm sure due to not properly refilling or checking for leaks). I called him promptly after and he said it's your problem now and hung up on me . after several arguments and being hung up on he agreed to fix the car. he took 4 months and charged me almost 2k. he is a crook and lucky I can afford legal action after dumping all my money in the car

I purchased a car from Tom on February 4th of this year, just five miles after leaving the lot the radiator blew. Tom and I argued whose responsibility it was to fix it and he eventually did which resulted in the motor blowing 5 miles later. He then proceeded to hang up on me several times telling me it's my problem. He eventually agreed to fix it at shared cost even though it was most likely due to his negligence. It took him 4 months and 1600 of my dollars to get my car back. Tom is a thief

I just bought a 350z from this guys it is the 3rd cat I purchased from them in almost 10 years I never had a problem with them I do recommend this guys they will work with you on any posible way I am a happy customer and I will say a+a+a+ on them

Bought an SRT-4 from them, works great, drives great. I was in and out, no hassle.. Did a solid inspection of leaks and CEL codes, nothing came up and nothing has come up.

My daughter and I are having a REALLY BAD experience with NTI. They are very shysty and does not know how to handle business. My daughter purchased a Jeep from them on July 30 it had to go back on the 31 because the check engine and oil light cans on. They have had possession of the Jeep since that day and have been giving us the run around about fixing it. They keep saying it will be ready this day the that day and it's still not fixed. I have contacted the News and the BBB. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE A VEHICAL FROM NCI, they are terrible!!!

Wow! We found just the car we were looking for. We were very pleased with the care they showed that our car was in great shape to get us back home several hundred miles away. Honest truthful helpful. Fair price- great service. We would buy here again and recommend this place.
