I went to this Lincoln dealership today in hopes of picking between a few pre-owned vehicles. I first drove a Genesis GV70 and truly did like the car. We worked up the paperwork and they valued my trade-in at $45,000. We stepped away for lunch to review the numbers, which they encouraged. We returned to the dealership same day and test drove another pre-owned vehicle. We decided we liked this one more and we were comfortable paying the price difference between the Genesis and the new vehicle. When they brought us the paperwork, they lowered our trade in value to $35,000 with no explanation. This was extremely frustrating. How does trade in value decrease within the same day (by $10,000) just because you chose to purchase a different vehicle? I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to this interaction with their management team.

I had a great experience last weekend at North Florida Lincoln buying a new 2024 Aviator. Karoy took wonderful care of all of the details through the whole process, and he was very knowledgeable of the features of the cars I was looking at. Overall, it was a great experience, and I love my new Lincoln!

Hello viewers, My first contact and experience with North Florida Lincoln was on the telephone with client sales representative Mr. Steven M. He was very calm mannered, a professional attitude, detailed on information, patient and very understanding to my specific detailed request. Then I made an appointment and came in to the dealership greeted by a pretty young lady at the front desk. Then I met Mr. Steven M for a vehicle test drive, it was a very pleasant drive and chat. I had the same exact experience with the sales manager Mr. Terrence F and then the financial consultant Mr. Bill L. I also had a very friendly dialogue with the general manager Mr. Morris J. If you're in the market for Any Lincoln vehicle New, C.P.O. or used I personally recommend North Florida Lincoln and the team I named. With Five Stars *****.
