First and LAST time using this place for anything. I brought my vehicle to get some body work done through my insurance. They took over a month to complete the repairs with a little to almost no communication. The worst part is when I picked the vehicle up there was overspray on the rest of my vehicle. There was damage and missing parts on the interior. The technician that worked on my vehicle left many components loose inside the interior to the point where bolts were rattling inside the door panel while driving. They also tried to use the old decals/badges when they billed my insurance company for all new equipment. I brought the vehicle back for them to correct the issues only to wait another week and then there be more damage when I came to pick up the vehicle the second time. After four failed attempts of repairs and time wasted… I asked the body shop manager if his employees actually did a quality control and walked around the vehicle when it was complete. He stated they did. I almost wish he would’ve said that they didn’t because now you have to think wow not only did you damage my vehicle four times in a row but you supposedly walked around and it looks good to you as well, and you’re the professional? Do yourself a favor folks RUN away from here and do not bring your vehicle here!!!

We have had a quite a number of Lincoln's. We liked the delivery door to door, and thought their roadside service fell into the recommendation category, we had a nightmare of a problem last month. I had a bad flat on Race Track Road so called for help. I should add it was over 90 degrees and were both in our 70's. We waited nearly two hours (we had people stop to help us, but alas, no tire iron!!!) One man was on his way but he called to tell us our order was cancelled! I raised bloody hell with the help line and they promised to send someone, it was another two hours until help arrived. We weren't in the boonies, but rather in a highly populated area. So, 4 hours, in 90 plus degrees for a flat?? That is VERY poor service. I called the dealership but no one apparently cared.

I've been taking my F150 here for years for service. However I have to give some negative feedback. I recently needed my tires rotated, (which I purchased from NF Lincoln). I was disappointed to see that my tire pressure was low on all 4 tires after the job was complete. Ok that's one thing. But 2 days later I noticed that one of the lug nuts was sticking out and was about to fall off!! That's Totally unacceptable. Get someone killed !

I am sure negative reviews mean nothing to the dealership or to anyone when buying a car. But sometimes it becomes the principle. As long as deals are made no one really cares. It all started when I was looking for an SUV. I saw the one I liked at North Florida Lincoln and submitted a availability request. The salesperson contacted and was very friendly by getting me pictures of the vehicle. I was going to visit the dealership the next day since I am on dialysis, I had to get hooked up to my machine nightly. I was then told that someone was coming from Gainesville at 6pm to look at the only vehicle they had on the lot. So I expedited the purchase process to not lose a chance at the vehicle. I know I had credit issues but wanted to at least try. Basically we agreed on numbers and I signed a buyers order and I did see the "W.A.C". Well a short time after signing it, I received a text and the photo below, "SOLD" sign in the window with my name on it. Below in quotes are the text I received making me believe I had just purchased a new Aviator. After receiving the last update at around 11 am on Tuesday Morning and being told it was not a credit issue, I have not heard anything at at and it's now Thursday at 10 am. I know as I have seen it happen, a dealership with relationships at banks finance companies can get it done if they want to and if they don't, you just never hear from the again. I just don't believe you should get someone happy about a vehicle being sold to them and all the positive texts until it is a certain sale. It just brings one down in the end. Like I said no one will care about this review, but it's the way it happened. "There will be a Christmas bow on it when you pick it up and it's all cleaned up for you on the showroom floor" "G it will be a great Christmas you just got a new aviator and she is Simply breathtaking" "Good morning Dan, I hope all is well. I am about to take the Aviator and seal it up and take it down a detail and get the Sentinel put on it do you have a estimate on the time you'll be here for delivery so I can let my detailer know when to have it ready and on the showroom floor for me" "We are just waiting for a callback from the bank we've already submitted it we're just waiting on that call and I will let you know" "It is good as far as I know just waiting on confirmation "

I asked verbatim for them to only change my oil and rotate my tires Instead they ran a diagnostic test on my AC I specifically asked them not to run n the diagnostic test 140$$ Get this though. They were not going to charge me for the dye they used Never going back

First impression completely deceiving! Service department LIED about what services were completed. Had to take my car to a different service station for urgent assessment days later and discovered North Florida Lincoln had NOT completed said services. Reported it to the manager and never heard anything back. NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL!

Unbelievable Service here! I live 300 Miles away, but my Daughter goes to College locally. Her Ford was part of the Massive airbag recall. We've been waiting over 2 years to hear from Ford. The last times I tried my dealers in South Florida nobody had any good news. So I was always concerned my Daughter was driving a car with a potential ticking time-bomb in it. On a whim- I decided to try calling the service department here. I spoke with Joe P. He was very friendly and said he'd look into it, and call me back one way or another. After a short period of time, he called with incredible news- he was able to order us an Airbag. It took about a week to come in. The day my Daughter was free- I called to see if he'd be able to accommodate her last minute. He gave me a time for her to bring it in. A Father or Husband always worries his Daughter or Wife might be "taken advantage of" by upselling, etc. Well - not this place! They treated my Daughter very well. And had the airbag replaced and she was out of there in no more than 20 minutes. Simply incredible! Joe called me after my Daughter left to let me know it was taken care of and to assure me North Florida Lincoln would be happy to provide this same kind of service in the future. Oh yea. We did not even purchase this car there, yet they gave us this wonderful service!
