Just came back from having them check my brake fluid to see if it needed flushing. Another shop, JJ Auto on Blanding Blvd, told me I needed to flush it. Norman Bros just told me my brake fluid was FINE!!! Not a good look, JJ Auto! Makes you look like you're trying to get your hands in my pockets!!! Hate that with a passion!!! Norman Bros, thanks for your honesty and integrity. Those qualities will keep me coming back to y'all for as long as I own my car, and when I get a new one!

Nice, genuine gentlemen. Appointment at 10 and was out by 1045 for a brake check/pad replacement. They have a waiting room with a TV and a Starbucks nearby. Will definitely come to them again for any car maintenance.

When I recently had an oil change done somewhere else I was told my battery needed to be replaced & it would cost about $200. It seemed a little “fishy” so I decided not to have them do it. But I was concerned & decided to have it checked at Norman Brothers because they were nearby & I’d recently read some glowing posts about them on social media.
I’m SO glad I did!!! Raymond checked my battery & explained that it’s fine & does NOT need to be replaced!! Of course I’m thrilled that he saved me $200 but I’m even more excited that I discovered a trustworthy auto shop that I’ll be using for any maintenance my vehicle will need in the future!!! Thanks SO much Raymond!!!

Ok , let’s be honest… no one likes having to go to a repair shop, especially an auto repair shop!
I’ve had to bring my car to Norman Brothers three times now and each time they have done an amazing job. They for one, have never pushed any other repair on me. They do what I came for and that’s it . Other places have stressed the importance of other things I needed to later find out I absolutely didn’t need it. ( the nerve of some places ) I never have any issues after I’ve picked my car up with the repair that was done. It’s always perfect. Not so much for other places !
The best part is that Norman Brothers do not want your arm, leg or first born child!
The prices are very reasonable and best of all, they are veterans which we all support !!

Norman Brothers is the place for auto repair. They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and honest. Raymond is very personable. They are my repair place for life. I highly recommend them.

I took my car in to have the suspension inspected, and they did find an issue which was repaired at a fair price. Unfortunately, I had to return twice to get the bolts tightened after the steering caused the car to veer from side to side. They eventually tightened all the bolts, and now the car drives correctly. The reason for the 3-star rating is their failure to apologize for not getting it right the first time." I had to take my car to another to another shop to verify there were no issues with the car. I personally would not recommend this shop for this reason.

This mom and Pop shop is a trustworthy company! So thankful I found them. All those big corporations are so overpriced and half of them tell you you need stuff when you don’t. Appreciate the hard-working, honest shops that are still out there..very few.

Trust worthy shop. Ryan is my mechanic, has been for years and he is the best. I bought a new car and thought I would take it for service at the dealership since they "know my car the best". They told me I needed my brakes done when in fact I did not. Tried to charge me $500 for a brake light BULB change. I'm done with the dealership.... I am happily going back to Norman Brothers where I know I'm not gonna get screwed over.

I can't rave enough about this shop! Norman Bros Auto Repair are an amazing group of guys that do great work and are very timely! They take care of all 6 of my vehicles and have never ever tried to take advantage of me! I know cars, and have even compared their prices with other shops when I first started dealing with them. They are honest, fair, and even explain the causes of all my car issues when I inquire. Thank you guys for being so awesome in what you do! You have a customer for life with me and I encourage others to use them as well for your car needs. You won't be disappointed!! ?

Quality work. Honest prices. Friendly and professional. Most of the time, you will need to make an appointment. But they will start working on your vehicle that same day and have it ready for you fast.I highly recommend Norman Bros Auto Repair.
