Aaked if they sold candles, guy was super rude about it and said “this is a vape store”. Didn’t hurt to ask if they sold candles, definitely could have just said no. Very unprofessional.Update: GOT MY CANDLES & THEY SELL CANDLES NOW! Lol, thanks so much, the candles made my day and they smell awesome. Now that yall sell candles, I will be back!

I'm always a little wary of new places, but New Start has been a pleasure from day one. It's really interesting watching them meet customers wherever they are - polite and businesslike, or complete oddball (like me!). They even started carrying my all time favorite juice at my request and I will love them forever for even just that. They really care about their regulars and pop-ins alike. If you are looking for a new vape shop home, make it this one.

Best shop I've been too in a while . Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. If there was a 6 star rating I would of chose it if the shop would carry Dead Mans Hand elixir line of juice.

This is THE vape shop. Veteran friendly, knowledgeable, and always hospitable. You walk in to find something and next thing you know they are giving you solid recommendations in a very friendly atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and stop in to check them out. They have tester bottles so you can get a chance to know what the flavor profile is.

Best vape shop I been to in a while I went there yesterday and got me a box mod and my fiancé her disposable vape they knew exactly what I want and was really nice definitely my home base vape shop I’m going to now no more smoke and vape shops this is the place to go!!!!

Very good service. We came in and told them what we were looking for and very soon after we were setup and ready to go. Noah and Chris are very professional and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. We'll definitely be making this our go to store!

Went in today for the 2nd time. Store is well organized and the employees are really friendly. I didn't get his name, but the guy working had his arm in a splint. He was super friendly and made good conversation. I had an issue with the vape that I had just bought. Before I walked out of the store I opened it and it was all busted and leaking. He told me to go grab another one and apologized for the issue. Definitely recommend them.

This shop has become my favorite vape shop I have ever been in. I walked in this morning to buy a new mod since mine was broke and not only did the people here take care of my needs they spent almost 40 minutes with me trying to see what was wrong with the old mod and tank. They showed some of the absolute best customer service anyone could ever want. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone. Please stop by they treat you like a person and not just someone to make money from

As a pet owner,My 5 year old Golden retriever was not doing well with the fireworks that the neighbors were ramping up for NEW YEARS. Stopped here to grab some CBD treats to aid in calming him down. Unfortunately they didn't work as well as a previous batch I ordered from another company. The store appears to be well stocked for those who enjoy this type of activity.
