Wonderful experience w/ booking the reservation. Excellent communication from the company. The movers, Mike & Frank were outstanding yesterday. Very efficient, professional, and kind. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will always use this company and recommend it moving forward!

Great service and movers and wonderful movers. Gab, Viktor, and Frank. All these guys were great fast efficient and on time minus the traffic delays. I’m songladminised 3 guys and I paid so much less than what I thought. My movers need a raise and a vacation, I've never been with such dedicated and fun guys. Thank you Gab, Frank, and Viktor you made my move amazing. I will use you guys again for “New Chapters Moving Co.” you’ve changed my mind about moving companies for local moves in Jacksonville, FL.

Mike and Gabe were amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Only reason for the three stars is I ended up getting charged more due to, in my opinion, the office’s inability to schedule effectively which led to pushing my start time later into rush hour traffic. My original start time was 9:30 am. I was called the day prior and asked to move it to 11:30, which I acquiesced. They didn’t actually show up until 12:30 because of the job from the night before which bled into the next day.

An excellent experience with Michael, Gabriel, and Frank. Along with the phone contact with their colleagues. We had a confusing move with multiple stops and they handled everything so excellently.I would highly recommend New Chapters!

We had by enter of the month because our lease was coming to an end. Esteban & Jah were our movers. They were very professional and efficient. They did a great job, got all my husband’s tools and stuff out and into our house in 3.5 hours. We priced different quotes, their price was right for us because we had to have a safe move too. They were amazing with moving the safe, couldn’t have done the move without them. Thank you Esteban & Jah!!

You moved my mother in law From Yulee to Jax then we used you again to Jax to Sarasota today your company is amazing!! Your movers have all been amazing !! Such hard workers and so careful. We had a huge very expensive white couch and they did fantastic keeping it clean!

This company and their customer service is just an amazing! I did last minute booking and they took care of my 3 bedroom house with packing, loading and unloading in 10 hours. I was so surprised at the end ! If there was 10 stars I could give I would!Recommend any time and thank you again for so much help!
