The dealership just beat NFCU’s used car loan interest rate by a percent in Sept 2023. I’ve had numerous less than spectacular experiences in the branches over the last few years and today 2 employees at the Avenues Walk branch again showed how little NFCU values my business. I’ve been with them for years but am going to find a financial institution to switch my family’s accounts to that provides better customer service. Usually this drive-through is fine for simple cash withdrawals, I need specific denominations that I can’t get from the ATM. However, today it was taking so long that customers were getting out of their cars yelling (stressful but it was really taking that long) and there was a mistake made with the cash I was given so I went inside to resolve it. I’m not even mad at drive thru teller id D3992 who made the mistake- I think she was running a station inside plus the drive thru which is insane- poor customer service, leadership. A white lady at the 2nd desk on the right inside and Sarrah at a teller station inside provided extremely lacking service. Why is there passive aggressive attitude when I’m a member simply making a withdrawal from the bank? I was the one being inconvenienced -they’re getting paid for their time, not me. This is the final straw.

I love Navy fed…in the past they have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs. However lately the customer service has become sub par, I went into the bank near the avenues to complete a transaction and the rep was very ‘nice nasty’ borderline unprofessional. I kept asking for an explanation as to why the transaction could not be completed she just kept saying that’s the way it is. I left feeling like I wanted to end all of my business dealings with Navy Fed… the only reason I didn’t is because I’ve been with them for over 10 years! This wasn’t the first negative interaction that either a member of my family or I have experienced lately.

Great drive-thru experience at Avenue Mall location. Love this branch over others. The tellers are very friendly, timely and efficient. A big thumbs up!

Customers be very cautious when refinancing a vehicle with NFCU. It’s hard for me say that considering I’ve been a member for over 30 years. However, this has been one of the worst buying experiences of my life. This fiasco been going on since October, and has cost me thousands of dollars. Never again will I choose NFCU as a lender. When you finally get someone on the phone, you have to explain what’s going on and then reexplain the situation as they keep transferring you to different departments. Never again NFCU!

Love coming here but the drive-thru ATM sometimes doesn’t read bills so you have to go to the walk-up ATM. Otherwise it’s a good branch.

Wish I could rate the bank as a whole, but I can't, so this is the next best thing I suppose.I will actively start looking for a new place to manage my money.You can't cash checks any more and your funds take 24 hours to show up after depositing a check. Absolutely rediculous and deplorable.I hope you lose all of your customers and your bank goes down the drain. This is ridiculous.

Members beware of getting a car loan. Their policy is to pay off your current car loan and add it to your new car loan. I had a car loan at 2.64%. Traded that in for a new car with a loan at 4.79%. NFCU added my old car loan at 2.64% to my new car loan at 4.79% so now I am paying more (4.79%) for the money I had borrowed at 2.64%. I just don't think this is right. Will not do this again with NFCU

Stopped in about a year ago for a withdrawal. The teller and front entrance greeter we’re both friendly and helpful. They were also handing out free swag!

After all the troubles other banks had your going to change your site too. That’s just Stupid. I hope it works because I will leave Navy Federal, they have seen how people couldn’t pay bills or get money. I have no faith that new site will work !!!!!
