Today I visited this branch and my experience was HORRIBLE. I went in because I am the victim of identity theft and I needed to speak with someone about my issue. When I entered the lady at the desk asked what I needed. I informed her I needed to speak with someone about fraud on my profile/account. She signed me in and asked me to have a seat. There was someone already sitting ahead of me. Once they called her I patiently waited to be next, well an associate comes out if the office and she went to the sign in desk and chit chatted, proceeded to come over to the waiting area and began assisting a father and son who came in after me, and then they left. Still no help f9r me. She then proceeded to go back to the sign in desk and they both go into what I presume to be the manager office... chit chat, come out and now the desk associate comes to me and ask exactly what I needed, I reiterated I needed to speak with someone about fraud/ identity fraud and she begins to explain that she wanted to clarify because different associate help with different kinds if fraud. She walks away shares the conversation with the others and then comes back and advise she will help me... at this point I'm reluctant, and then I see the associate who helped the man and his son go and help the person who came in behind me told me everything I needed to see.. at this point I declined assistance and went to the Riverside branch where all I said was " I need help with my account dealing with fraud", they signed me in and I was helped within MINUTES. I was already emotional because if this situation and Jacksonville Airport Navy Federal didn't help. Thank you Riverside branch for your kindness.

Outside of all the hype this bank really sucks went to deposit a check. They tell me at first a 5-7 day hold. Baring I been a long term customer… then to further tell me they reversed the check. After giving me thousands of hoops and hurdles to go threw on top of closing my account. I wouldn’t consider no one banks here. Well Atleast the branch off of airport road.

ATMs are never fully functional and they are t exactly conveniently located. Only one of the 3 machines accepts deposits and someone had been standing at it forever. Waste of time.

every single time I come, I at least have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through line- even if there’s only one person ahead of me! other than the awfully long wait times, the staff seems friendly whenever I do get up there!

Used to be the best bank in the world. Been a member almost 40 yrs. Since the scandemic all they've done is remove services from their customers. Crippling business customers with their new funds policies. For the members, I don't think so.

I'm new to this bank and would have loved the heads up on check deposits prior to becoming a member. I deposited my check via branch drive through. I was told $225 would be instantly deposited and the rest in 2 days, cool. A week later, I'm being told it would be held for an additional 5 business days with not explanation as to why. Do not deposit your check if you're not able to wait 2 weeks for it to hit your account!

Return Check Fees are continually scamming people out of their funds!!!!I had 7.91 in there yesterday… spent 7.80And now today I’m negative $28NAVY FEDERAL IS BULLYING THEIR CLIENTS ACCOUNTS AROUND!!!

The Credit Union recently remodeled and it looks great! It has a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love NFCU!

I've been with NFCU for over 30 years and their service has always been superior. Today I went in to pay off a loan and the person I worked with showed the same professional service, attention to detail and friendliness when carrying out her task. In my experience credit unions are better to customers than banks and Navy Federal is in the top 1% of credit unions! Thank you Navy Federal!
