Where do I begin to give this company 100 stars!! They were very prompt coming out for an estimate and arrived exactly on time!!!Work was completed very professionally and the two men were very explicit what they were doing and work was clean and awesome.I highly highly recommend this company and was a joy to talk to the lady who owns this company.Thank you for our great two tube skylights.

A lady owns this company for many years. She is excellent to work with. We had 3 light tunnels put in. They did an excellent job, arrived on time and left the site clean. We love these light tunnels! Highly recommend this product and this company.

I called for a quote on my parent's leaking skylights. Who ever answered just said "hello?" She did not give her name or the name of the business. I asked if I called 'Nature Vue Skylights' and she said, 'Yes.' When I ask for an estimated price on repair, she ask me how old was the roof, and I said I know it has eight years on it. She then became annoyed and ask me again how old was the roof. I ended the call. They just lost a potential customer due to rude service. Congratulations.

EXCELLENT customer service! We had two 14" inch skylights installed, one in a bathroom the other in the laundry room. Marylou explained the work and product and we are very satisfied with the result - makes a world of difference. It was so hot on install day but they got it done - very neat and efficient. Highly recommend!

Made a big difference in our kitchen and hallway. We don't need lights in those areas during the day any more. Plenty of light even on a cloudy day. We've had several big rains since installation and no leaks (that was my only concern), so my wife and I are both happy campers. Now thinking of possibly installing a couple more.Installation was roughly half the time expected and the price was slightly less than the estimate. Glad we finally did this. Should have done it sooner.UPDATE: Still no leaks, even after Mathew and Irma. And still lots of light. Very satisfied.

I love my new nature vue skylights. what a huge difference in my living room. The installer were actually early (good thing) and were done within an hour. No mess to clean up and they were very professional.

Nature Vue did an amazing job from the moment they arrived on time until the time they left. It actually didn't even take that long! Great bunch of guys that you will feel very comfortable being around. Our new skylights are beautiful! The pricing was great too! We are already planning on having some more skylights installed upstairs in a few months. Thanks Nature Vue! I wish all contractors were like you.

Nature Vue Skylights should be put in the Better Business Manual under "Example of what a perfect customer service experience looks like" !I have been around a long time and I have never felt so good about how I was treated by everyone, through the whole process. Why even the young lady that had to transfer my call one day, sounded like she was tickled to death to do it.And the product, the sun tunnel skylights, give so much light that I feel like I am at the beach. I am now able to get my daily dose of sunlight without having to get out in the weather. Oh, and I can feel no heat coming in from them, so they got that right too.I am sure I will be doing business with them in the future and every time I think about it, I smile. What a comforting feeling to know you can trust a company so much.If only some other companies could take a lesson from Nature Vue.

We recently had 2 Velux sun tunnels installed by Nature Vue; one in our kitchen working area and one in our dining area. It improved our lighting tremendously and look great. We are very happy with them. The installers came on time and finished within the time frame projected. This company was such a pleasure to deal with, from the first call through the consultation visit, installation and follow-up. I highly recommend them!

We are thrilled with our entire experience. The salesman who originally came out was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. Scheduling the install was very quick and easy and the installers were great - on time, very pleasant and efficient. Most importantly, we love the skylight!! It has dramatically improved the look and feel of a previously very dark hallway. We are amazed at the improvement.We highly recommend this contractor and the product!!
