I'm only give 1star because there are no 0' s been fighting with this company for over a year to get my mobility wheelchair delivered it has been sitting in their warehouse since October of 2023 every month the schedule a date and time and every month they have a different excuse this company is a piece of work and the new CSR is rude as he thinks he can talk to people anyway he pleases and acts like he is to good to be doing this job I am cancelling my order through my insurance and seeking a chair elsewhere this is ridiculous they need to get there act together or just shut down. They get their money and then don't deliver that to me is insurance fraud and theftDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE CONCERNED CONSUMER!!!!!

In Sept of 2023, my sons wheelchair that we have through National Seating and Mobility broke, so I tried calling the local office where we went when we originally got the wheelchair and could never get an answer or a return call to the messages I had left. I called the national number to request an emergency repair. When I finally got someone to answer, I was told that they would put an order in and get back to me. I sent pictures of the part that broke, and I asked how long that would be because my son is profoundly disabled and non mobile since birth and wouldn't be able to do anything without it. He had no idea. So I requested that he just send me the part, and I would fix it. He said that they couldn't do that. I asked if they had a loaner chair or a rental. He said no. After two weeks, I started calling and left many massages with no response. I finally went to a fabrication shop and had the part made and repaired it myself. So today, Nov 30th, I finally got a call telling me they were starting to work on my order. I told the lady that it's been two months and I had already gotten it fixed, and she told me to stop yelling in her ear, which I wasn't. So if you use this company and have any type of issue with your wheelchair don't expect any consideration for your situation or any civility from whoever may eventually return your call. We have one more year before insurance will pay for another chair, and we certainly won't be using this company.

This used to be a good company, but now it's TERRIBLE! I have been waiting to get the replacement parts to my wheelchair for 2.5 MONTHS. I was told via their text system 5 WEEKS ago that my parts were in, but no one will call me back to set up an appointment to put the parts on. I have left many messages and always keep getting the same run around from the lady who answers the phone. I am literally sitting on zipties on one side of my wheelchair trying to hold me up. Very unacceptable! I guess because they have 2 legs that work, they don't care about those who use wheelchairs for 100% independence and daily living.

Do not use this company, horrible service!!!! There’s a reason why they have 1 star rating. If you are in need of medical equipment do not use them as will you be disappointed. They can’t even schedule you due to their low staff. It’s 6 months all you get is excuses nonstop and they will not call you back. Again if are in need of medical equipment don’t do it.

I have tried to contact these people on several occasions and they never answer the phone or return I call. I was trying to find someone to replace Numotion who is totally unfunctional but after reading the reviews for this company I appears I would be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I would love to hear about a good company but I do not think they exist in Jacksonville

I called and asked a simple delivery question about my mobility wheelchair, and the answer they provided inspired me to take my business elsewhere. Customer service representative was combative and almost, really eager to say I was lying about my drop off time. If, I ever have to speak to her or anyone else with this company. It will be on a recorded line. Once.. the sale is made and completed..it's like go to hell. I'm going to forward this message over to all local news stations and the American disability services.. I should have read and research this company before choosing this company. Brooks rehabilitation, my insurance company, Medicare will hear from me on why refer anyone to such company. This is just awful..how you're treating customers. Customer service uptraining is definitely needed at NATIONAL SEATING MOBILITY

We purchased a Permobile power chair through NSM for our ALS family member. This week we had to have a service call due to an electronics failure. Ken the service technician arrived on time and made the repair. Ken is a true asset to NSM.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star! It almost seems they are submitting fraudulent claims with insurance for equip or rendering services but never show up ! It has been well over 3/4 months. Supposedly the supervisor reached out to me Friday after I had to reach out to the hospital (Wolfson rehab clinic) for help and schedule an appointment. Well no one showed. No call nothing ! I will be contacting insurance to report them for fraudulent activity & Tallahassee as well. I will also be making Wolfson rehab aware to never introduce parents into national seating ! If you need equipment services I recommend using Numotion ! Run far away from national seating . They do not answer the phone . Office staff is unprofessional. I will see too that are investigated too because it seems as though after they submit for billing . They fall off the face of the earth . Who wants to go through this with their special needs child. This company is a complete bogus/scam. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!

Really bad customer service. They where support to go to my house to drop off my device set up and appt and the person never show up or call to say he wasn't coming. Trying to reach out to go pick my device for my self and they keep saying someone will contact me. Its been 1 moth and 1/2 and still waiting awful. They dont even deserve one star. This place is a joke.

We moved from WA state to Jacksonville Florida. My chair was already ordered plus did the measurements in Washington. There was so much miscommunication with this company & no progress. Within 3 months no movement still on my power chair.This company is a real disappointment
