I purchased a car in March 2024, they did not finance that car if you have driving licenses and and a residence in Jacksonville they will sale you a car I never seen on my credit report my payments I made on time now I returned the car because it was no good for me they put me in the credit bureau I was told they will fix the seat, then the headlights went out I gave them back they car. Now I can’t purchase a car because I have an open car loan which they don’t finance the cars. They are LAIRS.

This place let you no everything you need to no about the car you purchase and that’s it is as is so it shouldn’t be no complaining about you got sold a lemon they offer you to test drive the car and they give you many options of your choice they don’t pressure you to
Finance or buy a car for them they tell you what’s on the lot and your free to look and test drive and it’s as is and they tell you everything you need to no before purchase the car of your choice so I’m thankful for Chris very nice company no problems with my car I finance my car 06/13/2024 and it’s up and running good but they do let you no what you buy or finance is as is and they tell you everything about the car of your choice when you sit and do paperwork they worth giving a try I recommend them to anyone who trying to fits their credit or build it up and don’t feel like sitting at a dealership for long along time #No cobuyer needed #well I didn’t need one #but it is offer on the paperwork #this is the place to go if you looking for reliable car and major deals

Shout out to Chris and Hannah for National Automotive because they work with you as far as payment goes if you can’t make a payment on time as long as you keep paying something to them. I highly recommend them if you’re in the Jacksonville area!

I wouldn’t worked with these people cars trash robin trash repo after one day miss tell you who can drive your car or they will repo it nothing adds up high apr % you bring the car back to them and they put the full price of a new car on your credit terrible people to work with stay clear don’t believe these good reviews cause month later they be back writing bad reviews I’m just happy I’m a millionaire now and never paying them any money 7 year wait

Got a van and it broke down after only driving it for a week. Said it needed a new engine but wasn't willing to replace it. Just wasted 1000 bucks for nothing. Just a bad experience ?? and the 2 appointments u said i missed had nothing to do with the engine. i never admitted to driving without adding fluids in it. if u looked inside the vehicle, u would have seen the empty bottles. And No u didn't offer to repair the engine for FREE! U offered to give me a free battery because it needed a jump when i leased it, but never did u offer me any free repairs. U keep trying to justify you selling bad cars. How can i bring u a vehicle that's not running?? as soon as i was able to i ran every red light down Blanding trying to get there. Still doesn't explain how the engine blew just after 2 weeks???? I didn't ruin the engine, it was already ruined when i got it and now its too late.

If I can give no stars I would, I purchase a car on 2/26/24 3 days later the transmission start acting up. The sales guy Chris is a fast talker to get you in a car . But don’t wont help you out once you buy a lemon from here. I didn’t want my money back just wanted another car for me and my 3kids. Who had to sit on the side of the road 3 times cause this car broke down. Now as a single mother I have to spend money on an attorney since I lost 1 of my job contracts. due to the car breaking down. I also have to prove to my bank that this car was not as describe so I can get my down payment and insurance back(thank god my bank is understanding). PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN. I never did a goggle review before. But after I told Chris this is all I got from my taxes . He assured me that the work with their customer and that the car was already looked at before I purchase . If so they need a new mechanic, cause how the car break down 3 days later. UPDATE 3/26 my bank decide in my favor due to all the calls I had made to resolve the issue before submitting the dispute. Now my credit agency is working on getting this off my credit since I only had the car 4 days before the transmission went out

Don't get a vehicle from I purchased a SUV in November by the end of December they had to put another engine in and charged me a thousand dollars down payment for that the did good until January they take a engine from another vehicle of the same make and model now they trying to say it's my fault cause I didn't change the oil don't buy from them shady business

So I came here after dealing with a scam place, it was the day before new years the lady I dealt with was understanding, she helped me and my two fiends look at cars. I had my eye set on two in my price range of a meager 1500usd. A jeep grand Cherokee, and a doge avenger stx. I ended up going with the avenger, the first thing I have done to the care was a oil change. Now as always with places like this there is issues with the car.
On that note I'll be calling them to see what can be done about those issues, so far though they seem to work with you and do what they can to provide a good customer relation within reason. I will update this after I talk to them about the issues but the issues are on the level of needing new break pads.
It at lease looks like they try and inspect the cars they sell and won't sell you on a car that you or they think might have issues case in point the lady was hesitant to sell the jeep when my friend noticed a oil smell. She stated she rather not sell it till after a mechanic looks atnit as she don't want you driving off the lot then having issues.
This is my first time dealing with a buy here pay here. We All know and herd story's about these places, but so far these people seem to be honest and actually are trying to run a legit bissness, and the experience has been pleasant.

so this was on me i missed the appointment with them to have them look at the brakes and rotors, these are bad on the car. however this is expected for the age of the car, so not a big deal. the only other issue was that the radiators upper cooling control tube broke while I was driving. now i did a full inspection myself on the old part and I replaced it the same day. What I discovered is that at first glance the part looked okay. there is no way the dealership could have known that this part would break. the wear on it was on the inside past the control cap, near the interlink for the tube, and unless they shoved a flashlight into the cooling system with a mirror they really would never have seen this. even most mechanics would have missed this as its just not something you really would look for or be able to. hec even i missed it when i inspected the car before i bought it and i actually looked at those tubes. also this is again "another expected" issue for the age of the car. so far the car still runs great.
In the future when i have more money i do plan on buying from them again, as so far this car works, and it did not do the buy here pay here curse of dyeing in a month.

They are super attentive to the customer, the payments are super comfortable. Chris, the sales man, is very attentive and very helpful, always with a smile and very friendly in everything he can help you with, and Natacha, super friendly, always with a smile and always helps in whatever she can. and I in particular have bought two vehicles with them and they have turned out super good, I recommend them to everyone

DO NOT i Repeat DO NOT work with these people or trust them, Let me explain why, i purchased my vehicle from them back in may 2023 everything went smoothly no real issues with the vehicle BUT the customer service from the owner robin is horrible, ive made all my payments when i was supposed to they give u a 7 day grace period before a $25 LATE FEE everytime my payment was due i made that happen before any late fee charge besides once and handled that, my car broke down(fuel pump) i get it towed to ammco because i had AAA and it was close, they repo my car from aamco and tell me im behind 2 car payments and i had no insurance for 6 months (just didnt notify them my new insurance) now what they did was charge me a $25 late fee 7 times because the receptionist put in the payments a day later so it added up to $170+ and tried ro make it seem like i owed a car payment then tells me i have to pay them what they had to pay to get my car when they had no right touching it in the first place once i proved that, she made it about insurance, no insurance was on the car because the car wasnt moving ?she then tells me i have been driving (with no fuel pump) now i know they are a buy here pay here but to run a business and not be professional is crazy, the lady talks like she wants to attack, so again take your money where its worth it NOT HERE unless u want to go backwards and on top of this they tell me $250 to get a pair of glasses out my car ??and they are liars first its just make sure you pay within 7 days and once i proved them wrong they said oh it has to be before 5pm now its 8 pm, (update) i aint forget nothing, yea i had someone charge back a car that was a personal issue that u guys worked with again if my car aint have insurance why you didnt come repo it? why repo it when you see it at the mechanic shop and your still a liar saying you can see it driven on gps it was TOWED to Aamco, on top of all that ROBIN is very disrespectful left a nasty message on my phone like she was checking me and then when i asked her why she was talking crazy she said because she could, what paper policy shows u guys have to receive a payment before 8pm thats invalid even CHRIS YOUR WORKER said aslong as its in that day its fine so again they will work with you until your 1 payment behind (which i was not) and they will find any reason to repo your car just to get more money on top of that they have a kill starter switch READ your contract my car broke down once they didnt get they (payment) and said it was a “fuel pump “ once i left a review it was no fuel pump issue anymore it was another “issue”? STAY AWAY
look at all the bad reviews match them with the good ones…

UPDATE-(Not to say that you will allow someone to verbally abuse You) You are to remain professional at all times. No, you do not have to speak, however, it is In the best interest of your company to handle every customer with the upmost respect and if you cannot, you will end the call and not go back-and-forth. When I asked her, who is the person that she answers to so that I may speak with the person over her, she then told me the state of Florida. I asked her again and she told me that I asked her a question and that is the answer that she will give me.
This is a problem within itself, because she is explaining to me that her answer is the state of Florida. However, she also told the person who is the account holder with their company that once they made a review that was not giving the company a “good look”, that her boss told her that she can no longer do business with him, and that he would just have to buy the car outright. I don’t get how her or one of her colleagues can post under his response about how he was late and how he didn’t have constant insurance and all of these things about the account and then tell me over the phone that it cannot be discussed This is unacceptable and contradicting. I took a look at all the payments made to this account and saw every payment that was made, although some of the payments were late, they Were in the time frame to where the car should not have been repo. They also failed to mention that when they repossessed the vehicle, the driver was under the impression that the vehicle was inoperable because they had a kill switch on the car and turned it on. The driver assumed something was wrong with the car and when he had it towed to the shop, to be assessed, THIS COMPANY, took it upon themselves to report the car. Again, this repossession is based solely on the fact that they are saying something that they are unable to prove. It’s just all something that was said…On the contract that I read that was signed nowhere on that contract Does it state that your car will be pulled because the person has an attitude with you or because they spoke to you in a manner that you did not appreciate . They will lie and go on and say that the car did not have insurance or the car was not working properly and that the car should have been brought to their establishment to be fixed. However, if all of these things are true, then why isn’t any of that in writing. And again if this isn’t a matter that be discussed with me, then why was it posted under the review as a response?
Because you would rather an attorney get involved, I will make sure to it that one is assigned. Thanks Robin for being very unprofessional and for not helping when all you had to do was YOUR JOB.
