We blew a brake line on our trip from Fort Myers Beach to here for an arm wrestling competition these guys were great we got the brake line they didn't mind us putting it on in the driveway helped us with tools that we need they were fantastic guys

Absolutely horrible staff, rude, inconsistent and liars. Overcharged my card and then refused to give it back saying they didn't overcharge me the bank did. Employees not trained to look up parts, gave me the wrong parts. Go to Advanced or Auto Zone, you'll be better off.

I normally go to Auto zone when I need something but the guy working didn't put any effort in getting me what I needed. I went to Napa and they instantly went the extra step to find the belt I asked for.

My husband was in a pinch and needed an item asap. The woman behind the counter knew exactly what he needed, knew exactly where it was, and thought to ask him if he qualified for a military discount at checkout (which he wasn't aware was an option until she asked). 10/10 experience in a stressful time.

My car was overheating and had to stop... lucky for me it was here.. Nate Behar was awesome he went over and beyond to help me out in my time of need... with his knowledge we found the problem and I was able to get back on the road again.. I had a really rough day and with the great customer service he provided I was in a better place..he has excellent customer service ... I can't express how thankful and grateful I am ... onemce again thanks for the great service you provided

There's a guy that works there happens to be a neighbor,I needed a starter He said give him the money he'll pick me one up instead he ordered one from Amazon an it didn't fit so when I told him it didn't fit that's when I learned he ordered it from Amazon an I couldn't return it then he wanted to charge me more for the right one at Napa,,
