Small Asian marketplace, in a Walmart Plaza. Good selection and friendly staff.

The woman who checked me out went on a random racist tirade against Hispanic people. It was very unnerving, and when I suggested she should understand language barriers she said they should get a green card. Shameful.

I visited this market for the first time today and was immediately greeted by the charming proprietor. She was very friendly, bubbly and delightful. The store is well-stocked with a variety of Filipino foods and snack items and also has a good selection of items from other Asian cuisines. The freezer section even had ube ice cream! The store is well-lit and the aisles are easy to navigate and the stocking of the shelves thoughtful and well arranged. I just got a few items this time as I had to run other errands but I will certainly be back soon to stock up. Highly recommended.

Despite its compact size, this store stocks most of the essentials for preparing Asian dishes, which is convenient. However, the pricing is quite steep, making it difficult to justify regular visits. On the positive side, the store is impeccably clean and well-organized, and parking is abundant. It's conveniently situated next to Walmart in the same shopping plaza. However, I was taken aback by the exorbitant price of guava, which was $17 per pound during my last visit. Unfortunately, I'll have to look elsewhere for my grocery needs, as the costs here are simply too high for my budget.

As others have said, I used to love coming here. Yes, prices have really gone up, but the final straw was them adding a ten cent charge for a plastic bag. Certainly won't break the bank, but on principle I'm tired of paying for a business' cost of doing business. Why not add a charge for their rent? or paper for the register receipts? Worth the ride to the other Asian market store.

I’ve been a few times before but my visit today has made it my last. Not even 3 feet in the door and I found the product I was looking for, a broom made of sticks (walis tingting). As I struggle to carefully remove the brooms that were shoved into the cardboard box for the first few minutes, I am finally greeted by who I suppose to be the owner. I know these brooms are delicate so I was handling them nicely, but I was not going to spend good money on the brooms up front that had broken sticks and were severely frayed. She had not watched me remove any of the brooms but accused me of damaging the brooms that I held to the side to grab the fresher ones in the back. Long story short, she continued to berate me as I explained I would like the broom towards the back. I am alright with conversing aggressively, but throughout our interaction but she crossed a line into just plain bad customer service. She would not help me get the broom towards the back because she kept telling me they are all the same. It was when she walked away and told me to put the frayed ones in another bin that I realized I should not be spending any money there. These brooms need to be removed and displayed if she hopes to not have them damaged, like other stores in the area. They are literally upside down in the box up front.

BEWARE! Use to love coming here, but WOW the prices have skyrocketed and I will not be coming back. $30 for a 17oz bottle of sriracha when you can get it for $11 on Amazon. I promise there are much better prices elsewhere. IMPORTANT: they DO NOT DO REFUNDS.

Myre is a wonderful little market in the Jacksonville area. My fiancé and I were on the hunt for boba pearls and this place had an expansive selection. We specifically needed the bursting boba which they didn't have but I appreciated the opportunity to explore somewhere new. The staff were a bit dismissive of my questions but it's a nice store overall! I would definitely come back to try some of their other offerings!

I’m sorry this place is way over price . I noticed that the same frozen noodles they sell is around $5-$7 where I can get the exact same brand of noodles at another Asian store for $2 . The silver swan soy sauce price tag says $6.99-$7.99 where go to Walmart next door they sell the exact brand and size (see pic below) for $2.58 .that’s my input and I’m avoiding this place from now on.
