Linda helped us navigate a home loan in 2023 with interest rates climbing from 4.8% towards 8.1+% by the time we closed. In spite of those trends she helped us lock in a great rate with ideal closing costs. She was extremely responsive to my inquiries and helped me do multiple crunches of different rates, closing costs, and loan types to find a ideal home loan. My wife fand I are grateful to her team for their help in navigating the post-covid housing market.

Have you ever had an experience where you were literally just lost for words? Well this was that experience for me! I worked with Ms.Linda. She is beautiful inside and out. The communication amazing. She was kind and always had an encouraging word. There were times I wanted to just say forget it but with her literally holding my hand and walking me through everything the experience was much easier. If you are a first time homebuyer and think you can't buy a home GO TO MORTGAGES BY LINDA. They will walk you through everything, they respond to all messages answer all questions and most importantly they FIGHT FOR YOU! I don't think you will think you will find anyone better than them! All I can say about Mortgages by Linda is Wow! Linda and her team helped my wife and I complete our Refi in 11 days from start to closing. Linda was quick to respond each and everytime we had a question or needed assistance with the process. This was our 5th time going to closing and the best by far. The service with this company wasn’t up to my standards! They can say they run a 5 star company I disagree! The communication and the follow up isn’t very good at all. I have worked with over ten companies on investment properties over the years and this one doesn’t meet my standards at all. I don’t even think the reviews are real after the communication I get. Linda promises to follow up but doesn’t. She can post all this stuff about a five star company buts she’s misleading people. She use to attend my church and that was the only reason I used her for trust reasons. I should have gone to some other company. I have emails and texts to prove she doesn’t follow up even after expressing my concerns. Her attitude about this seems to make me feel I’m always wrong. A customer should never feel that way. Never deal with people that always brag about there service that you trust. I was warned but didn’t listen. Stay away from this business!
