My father-in-law had a flat tire on his trailer while on his way to hunt camp and was fortunate enough to stop by Monument Road Tire & Service. The team there immediately came to his aid, demonstrating both kindness and expertise. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge him for the service! Their generosity and prompt assistance made a stressful situation much easier. Since when did a courier service become a charge? Guess this is how Goodyear tries to "get over" on society to charge more money. It's not surprising your stock is and has never been in the green. Also, this mysterious charge should be mentioned BEFORE the quote was given, yet I had to pay it. Goodyear, I expected so much more. Guess Goodyear isn't as good as it was when my uncle worked for Goodyear.

Thanks Ryan and Devron a fisherman's 300k mile GMC couldn't be happier. Went in on Monday while Debby was doing Florida lmao... To get a simple plug, the guys aired me up and gave me a quote for new tires. I returned today after work and did just that. Great price on 4 tires and best part was I didn't need an alignment after all. As a service tech in the HVAC field customer service is always priority and they didn't disappoint thanks again, I will be bringing my other vehicles in as needed

I previously brought my vehicle to Tire Outlet on Merrill Road because both passenger tires are losing air and was told they can’t find what’s wrong with the front tire and the rear tire has a nail on the outer tread block and can’t be repaired. I was also told they don’t carry the type of tires and was given my keys back. I brought it to Goodyear Monument Road and Tire Service and they found staples on the center of the tread of the front tire and were able to fix it. They explained the ramifications of keeping the rear tire as opposed to replacing it but did not pressure me about purchasing a new one. Customer service was exceptional and Devron was very patient in answering all my questions. Will definitely return when it’s time to replace the tires. Great business establishment!
