My experience at Miramar was exceptional! The staff were kind and accommodating at every point of the visit. The vet tech Josh was awesome with my dog and Dr. Ferrin was the best vet! Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. :)

Everyone is extremely nice and they know how important your Animal means to you! I’ve been taking my pets there since I’ve moved to Jacksonville! When you could walk into a veterinary office and it doesn’t smell that also is key for me!

It was our first visit. My dog is reactive. I was really pleased that Casey up the front desk. Understood my situation. She let me know when I could come in the front office and bring my dog into the consultation room. Thank you so much. Marissa was the tech and she interacted well with my dog Quickly and easily were able to do the lab test and several injections. Dr. Hart explained everything about the type of injections. He was suggesting such as distemper, and injection for protecting from leptospirosis and also a six month injection that you can have your dog take to protect them from heartworm and parasites, it went well. Dr and Marissa spent quite a lot of time with me and my dog. I’m appreciative of that. We’re looking to get her teeth cleaned so she doesn’t get any abscesses. They were great. They answered my questions. They took the time to listen and we easily left the consultation room without any problems with other dogs. They also called the next day to check on precious to make sure that she was OK, that’s my dogs name. So I would say that they’re very thorough and they have a number of things that use that have not ever seen and my vets office which I find interesting more modern approach and compassionate towards animals and people forgot to mention that I thought the price was reasonable for the service, and they do offer a senior discount which is quite a benefit. Thank you to Miramar animal Hospital staff for making our first visit quite positive and incredible.

We have seen Dr. Stacey (and team) for over a decade for the care and treatment of our furry kids. The concern and compassion from this office has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Stacey takes the time to spend with each pet and pet parent and answers any questions, concerns or issues in a way that makes sense. I attribute both my dogs' remarkable health to his expertise and care.

Dr. Stacey and his team were INCREDIBLE. I'm a college student and was stressing out financially over my senior rescue dog. He was very understanding and gave great recommendations without trying to upsell any unecessary expensive testing. I am definitely coming back!

We love Miramar Animal Hospital and Dr. Ferrin. Our poor goldendoodle has cancer and Dr. Ferrin has been so wonderful helping us through every step and managing each new issue that comes up. She’s so sweet and puts such thought and love into our dog and making sure we’re doing the right thing and explaining it to us. We’ve moved across town and will definitely continue to drive the 30 minutes to see Dr. Ferrin for her wonderful care.
