I would give this place a ZERO IF I COULD. I WAS STUCK IN TRAFFIC AND COULD NOT MAKE IT BY CLOSING I ASKED THE WORKER TO PLEASE STAY AND I WOULD PAY EXTRA FOR HERTIME. SHE TOLD ME NO AND I PAID 300 FOR A PROM SUIT. I PULLED UP AT 5:15 P.M. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE.

My experience dealing with Michael’s Formalwear and Bridal at the St. John town center was absolutely magnificent! After dealing with Men’s Wearhouse and how disorganized and inconsistent they have been, I was uncomfortable moving forward with them. I canceled my order with Men’s Wearhouse after speaking with Mike over the phone today. He was so professional, gave me all the information that I needed, and explained all the details thoroughly. Once I arrived at the store, Mike and Kennedy helped me decide on the perfect look for my bridal party, Made wonderful suggestions and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need or want. These are the real professionals! I would hands-down recommend Michael’s Formalwear! They have the latest styles and the prices are affordable! Five stars!!!!!

I got sized by one of their affiliates on their website and the pants around the legs were so tight I couldn’t sit down without ripping them. I was charged the $99 due to sitting down. I flew into town the day of the wedding so getting a new pair beforehand was impossible. I had stains on my cuffs, tie and jacket. My shoes were entirely different from every other groomsmen. Another groomsman’s shoe heel came off completely. The pants, if held up to a light were see through. The quality control and quality of material is poor. I would recommend everyone use black tux. Same price, better quality. Also my friend never even received his buttons or cuff links.

Staff were friendly and they had decent tux options for grooms and groomsmen. Unfortunately, they just did not have exactly what we were looking for.

I bought a wonderful lace pantsuit from this location with the promise it could be altered. I went to multiple seamstresses who told me it couldn’t be altered. By the time I’d spoken to the third seamstress, I ended up resigning myself to having to wear a pantsuit I ordered off Amazon for my wedding. I was extremely disappointed.

Had an awesome experience here with Michael’s Formalwear. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming smiles.I let the ladies/stylists know that I was shopping for my wedding, but a lot of the stores I visited prior were very expensive and (in my opinion) didn’t really consider what I wanted, only what was the most expensive.They informed me that they have suits that can be rented at an affordable price, and that definitely peaked my interest.One of the stylists walked over to me and (after asking very politely) measured me relatively quickly.I admit, I was a little nervous because she measured me rather quickly, but when I tried the suit on? Fit PERFECTLY.When the day came where I would pick my suit up, the manager herself (I think her name was Leslie?) took the time to review the suit with me to ensure I had everything.Not only was I able to rent a suit at a price that didn’t break my pockets, I still looked good and felt good in it.100% would recommend this location for those looking to rent/buy suits.

Got a suit from Michael's for my friend's wedding and it was great. The pants were slightly too big at first but they gave me a new pair at a smaller size without any issue. Great experience at Michael's.
