Poor service and the young lady with the long nails was very rude. TheManager is never around and can't be reached. Have insurance on the phone but can't get help. Going on day 6

I paid for a screen protector and earbuds but neither were given to me. The owner said he was mailing them to me and would call me the next day. It has been 4 days and no call and the products have not been delivered. Of course they do not answer the phone either. This is not right that they take money but do not give the product to their customer.

We spent two days driving to all these other locations that says they was open on Google & all the locations are closed St Marys , Amelia Island & Fernandina .We went to a couple of locations in Jacksonville and each location they left us more messed up , more confused and extremely frustrated ' We was ready to remove the service and port the number out to another company . Was on our way to Aldi and saw this location , Dora is a Gem ?. She fixed everything and when she says we gonna get you right . She got us more than right ! Thank God for Dora !!!!

The young black girl was very nice and help me get a copy of my phone bill, took a loooong time ? but we got it done. She was super busy and was multitasking like crazy.

Yesterday Dora helped me and my boyfriend immensely. My boyfriend wanted to switch from cricket to metro after the disappointing services with the cricket store in Hawthorne, Fl. Dora was able to get him set up with a awesome new phone, case, screen protector and charger for roughly $155. In addition, she helped me switch from my old phone to a new one I received from my aunt. She switched my phone & I was able to obtain all of my pictures/contacts etc through iCloud. She even gave me a free case they had available. Lastly, Dora was able to work her magic & lower my monthly bill! Seriously, Dora is the best. We were out of there in an hour feeling much happier with our services. Thank you Dora.

Metro is the no risk way to get T-Mobile service without contracts. Buy a phone on Amazon and bring it over. It is the best way to get good quality service. Their new Home Internet is awesome. Just as fast as Xfinity for 1/2 the price and I heard you can take it with you ... that opens up all sorts of possibilities like RVs, road trips ...

Dora is the best sales person at this place. She is caring and sweet. Dora helped me with my phone situation. I would come to this location for now on. I think Dora needs a raise for what she does. This girl does a lot. Thank u Dora for everything.

Went here to upgrade my phone there's stuff laying everywhere and a shirt less overweight guy inside at a table eating the parking is also blocked very tacky.

Guess they don't know how to tell time...store hours closes at 8 pm.....but closed at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday...must be nice to set your own hours and not go by business hours set by company. Very rarely have a good customer experience at the River City location..

The store number listed does not work. Called customer service and they had no way to contact the store other than the number that is listed. My husband and I are relocating to Jacksonville from Alabama and he left his tablet at the store while we were there Feb 10, 2022. Customer service stated that they will try to look further into the matter so that my husband can get his tablet back. No one even has tried to contact him concerning his MetroPCS device. The two gentlemen that were in the store were very knowledgeable and very kind and very polite. I only wish that someone would have contacted us seeing as how the tablet is a MetroPCS device and should be registered in their system.
