I came in, I was very skeptical about getting a new phone. When I came in, I was greeted by the representative.She told me to give her a second cause. She was kinda busy, which she was very nice when she said that she was kinda busy. So I explain my situation to her and it's wendy. Told me to give her a second, and she was gonna get me straightened out. I received great customer service. I will always refer anyone. Anyone to the mayport store to get a phone from this metro pcs

So today i went to the store because my phone was broken and the employee helped me alot. Im not good with phone and she helped me get a new phone with a good price. I asked her if can help me transfer all my stuff and pum she did it. I wish i could have know her name. All i know she save me today and i had a great service :)
