I didn't like the service, a blonde-haired girl told me that my Galaxy phone was blocked, she was lying, she didn't want to help me just because I didn't buy a phone there, you pay and buy the phone wherever you want, the service is paid. I don't recommend that you go with your phone bought from other places they always say they are locked my phone was unlocked I went to another place and there they helped me bad service there when I was there a brunette lady was there and she asked him if he was going to buy a phone on Amazon they said no because they were of no use That's when my friend was saying that to me, they thought I didn't understand because the lady was speaking in English.

The older gentleman that owns the store was very rude!!! He was on the phone talking in his language unknown to us as we kept asking him questions, he kept steadily having his private conversation. JUST RUDE!!!

phone service 0/10, customer service 0/10. i switched company services to T-mobile and i 100% RECOMMEND LEAVE METRO. i also called this specific location a few minutes ago & they hung up in my face after saying hello as if i couldn’t hear them or something. shut this place down.

Don't bother calling they don't care enough to answer. Called the location on Wilson the guy answered the phone and helped me out. Told me to come by and he'd take care of it. Drove past the location 2 employees inside guess the two of them are deaf or the music is up to loud to hear the phone ringing.

I was trying to pay my phone bill. and when I did I payed for it but. They put one number off and u gave in exact details slowly each number of my phone number so I could pay for my bill and when I call they never answer. they payed for the wrong phone bill and now I have no calls available.

Very disappointed! Went to purchase a phone & upgrade said $159. He said $300 because of taxes, a charger etc. Offended & insult to my intelligence. Unacceptable when I already have an account. How dare you try to get over on people like this & negotiate a set price. Will spend my hard earned money at another location. If possible I suggest everyone do the same!
