Arrived at 2:28 pm. No one here. Sign on door says will return 4:05pm. This is most inconvient to sit out here waiting for someone who may or may not show up. I am severly handicapped. To put my walker back into the car only to take it out again if someone shows up is too much trouble. It's 4:03 now. We'll see if anyone shows up. Then, if they can help me or not. The other store on Cecery could not.

Don't bring your new cell here ever I just got the brand new Samsung s20 ultra 5g and the lady there scratched my brand new cell bc she had long nails the cell was over a grand and they scratched it if you have long nails u don't need to be working with phones that are this much how is this OK im so upset this was my Xmas gift my cell I had for 2yrs the s9 don't even have a scratch on it and I trust someone who works there and this is the outcome just makes me sick knowing I spent over a grand on this cell and she can careless and scratches my new cell

worst metro to go to I just got the new Samsung s20 ultra 5g for 1,100$ I take it in box and all to the store the girl with the long nails scratched my cell up all over the screen the manager can careless and was laughing over it and saying she didn't do it when it was in a box and in plastic she opened everything the glass to the case and all and then she is standing there smiling the whole time while he is acten like its my fault the only fault I had was trusting people like that to touch my phone after she kept saying how she knew how to and was very good with cell phones

I came in a told him I was only paying a certain amount for my current plan. I asked him if I added on a second line would I still be paying the same amount for both. He lied and said yes. Also, the price he told me before the recepit came was different from the amount the receipt said. The screen protector that he gave me outside the box cost $20.

I have never had an issue with this location. But today it seems they decided they would close their doors early. Showed up prior to 8 pm. Doors were locked for employees inside. I guess tough luck for me taking care of my cell phone plan today.
