When I broke my phone last yr,, I just happened to be in this store the day the Nord 30 OnePlus came out for sale. I had 2 Nord 10 and broke them in 3 weeks. After owning the 1st for 1.5 yrs, found it required to the galaxy S10. The Nord 30 equals the galaxy S20 pro.
They only get 4 stars because they failed to explain to me that the insurance only allows 2 claims per year. So when it fell out and got ran over, it wasn't covered any longer. And they still collected my money monthly! No refunds on fraudulent assurance insurance!

To the manager and staff, thank you for working with us to provide our senior citizen BIL with a low cost phone plan. He still wishes for a smaller phone (pocket size) but we appreciate your time and effort to make him happy.

Move on, tried to return phone, was told no refunds after 14 days it was 15 days then no refunds on an upgraded phone, basic bill was $74.00 per month.This is the Epitome of Rip Offs. STAY AWAY !!!!
