I will never get another phone from Metro again. When you buy a phone and you have problems the next day. Seem like they can give you another phone from out of the store. They should be able to get you another one out of the store. but no you got the call customer service and your phone don't work by the way. you have to call customer service get them to write up a report and have them to mail you another phone out. And that's because I had insurance. All I want is a refund. $180.

Went in and tried to get help with phone . Lady tried but had no clue. The back door was open to office someone was sleeping on the couch She tried waking him up. I left in a hurry . Will never return there again. .

Best move I ever made. If you have any issues with the equipment you simply take the unit to your local T-Mobile. No more tech visits and their "two hour windows". Works better than AT&T and Xfiniti by a long shot. Also a shout-out to Brianna. My modem seemingly stopped working. Took it to the store. Found out my account was "suspended". I mistakenly thought I signed up for auto-pay when I signed up a couple weeks ago. My bad. Brianna took care of everything. I'm now on auto-pay and still a happy customer.

I had a very good experience at Metro on Normandy Boulevard. The sales person named Ash. He was a big help to us. He went above and beyond what was needed to get our new phone up and going. At first I went to the store on McDuff avenue and the girl there did not even want to help us. She sits outside smoking a cigarette in a chair by the door. We told her we wanted to cancel out one phone and add a new one and she said she was not able to do it they took that option away from her. That's why I went to Normandy Boulevard and met Ash at the other Metro location. I will go to this store from now on as long as Ashe working there.

Got set up from switching from one phone service to another to save money because T-Mobile was charging way to much and the Samsung A13 android phone is worth it.

I was able to walk in and get the problem with my phone fixed in a very timely manner. My metro expert got me a new screen cover as well as helping me save on my bill. No line no wait I’m definitely coming back whenever I need anymore help or when I need to upgrade my phone.
