Awful experience. Gaslighting bully lied to me about how much a phone would be, sold me the phone I didn't want for as much as the one I DID want would have been, added a line when I EXPLICITLY said I didn't want another line, and refused to give me a receipt besides the one he ran for my credit card. I've been a Metro customer for years, but am seriously considering leaving because of how bad this ordeal was. When confronted about why he was charging me more for the phone than he originally said it would be, I asked him why it wasn't the price he said, he loudly said "Who told you that? Me? I didn't tell you that!" And he refused to take people behind me in line trying to pay their phone bills and such to build a sense of pressure to force me into a phone I did not want for a price I did not agree on. I work in customer service and everyone has a bad day, but I could never imagine treating anyone that way. Straight up lied to me and I felt violated when I left.

Great man working behind the counter. My fiancee and I walked in and got 2 new phones with new service no problem. Glad we made that decision.

This store is being reported to corporate. They refuse to take payments for monthly bills because they don't make money off it. They will lie and say their machine is down. The machine is not down they just don't want to waste their time on something they don't profit from. Lazy bums.
