Depends on which store you are asking about. The one on Emerson Street was very rude and to me didn't know anything about what I was asking about. Now the one on Phillips Highway total different group people. Very nice and helpful.

Definitely had the worst experience ever here. Lying, discriminatory associate. She has been reported to T-mobile for her actions today. Also don’t assume because someone has dark skin that they don’t understand the Spanish language, so your comments about your customers instore were definitely heard, understood and translated for T-mobile corporate.

So helpful. Really good service. Did everything he could to save my old phone before helping me out with buying a new one after determining that the old one was dead. Used to go to a different location further away but that I had shopped at for years, now next time we need a new phone or an upgrade this is the only location we'll use.
