DO NOT GO HERE! They are scammers and will find a way to overcharge you for products or services. I was overcharged for internet service and customer service center isn’t going to help or do anything about it either. I recommend going to 8021 Phillips Hwy if you need a Metro store.

Please don't go to this store. Or they gonna steal money from you like is nothing. I when to get activete the tables my kids have and this f guy ask me to pay 83 something for 2 tablet and he say I was paying for the month for the tables that's why I was paying that. And tell me why my tables are not working and I went back to this metro and he gonna tell me I only pay for 1 day service . Do yall think if he tell me the I'm gonna pay 83 something for 1 day. Of course I not that dumb to pay that. And when I ask him to activate my tables or give the money back he acting stupid and saying the he gonna call the police. I being using metro for almost 10 year and this is the first time someone the is working in here steal money from me.

What a horrible experience my wife had in here she needed a new phone cause it all of a sudden stopped working, she needed to use the store phone to call me but the dude didn't even let her use it nor did he even offer to sell her a phone, extremely rude

Probably the worst Metro I've ever dealt with. Half the time when they're setting up phones they're using their own personal phones at the same time. You buy a new phone, they don't give you a receipt. What business does this? They never answer the store phone either, which is really frustrating. I'll never switch to that company. Happy where I'm at with T-Mobile.
