Very helpful. We had to put our cat down due to kidney failure. They were very sympathetic and eased our minds as they did what needed to be done. Very caring when it came to our cats remains. They take loving care of all our other animals as well. They do not hesitate to call when they find something wrong or just to calm your nerves and tell you nothing is wrong.
