MB Drive Student about to graduate from this location.More than satisfied with the program as a whole, all of the instructors truly care about you and your feature. Security are all amazing and genuine people. Location is great with a beautiful line up of vehicle's.From my knowledge there is no true service department located on premises, so I'm not sure why people are complaining about it?

From my own experience I can assure you that the parts used to assemble a Mercedes Benz are the most durable, warm with a technology that is surpassed every year by the same studies and tests carried out by its engineers. In other words, having a Mercedes Benz is surpassing all concepts in innovation and perfection of a motor vehicle. Test it.

Mercedes Benz USA had a recall on the steering column module in the years following my year vehicle. They have been evasive and slow to take responsibility for repairing this part for me. Very unhappy with their inability to correct items from this part recall. you should not be paying for a replacement on your steering column module - this part had a major recall!!!

Truckers do not arrive earlier. The customer honor appointment time. The negative to the customer is they will have you get off the dock if you come early even though there’s no trucks in line. The customer takes a great deal of time loading and unloading a complete clock killer.

This service department needs more training. I have had my car a little over a year and a half, and my car has been in the service department 12 times. They never call you to let you know what is going on, the last time my car was there for 5 days. Finally my husband told them how to fix it. It seems like no one knows what they are doing or know how to fix the problems. It is a shame, because I lived in West Chester, PA and the service department there was outstanding.
