Timely; In and out according to scheduled appointment. Providing a loaner vehicle was a good service, and allowed me to easily meet other appointments. Additional questions were answered. Vehicle pick-up process could have been less uneventful; I was told my vehicle keys had been misplaced but after several minutes were located. But overall very good service. Thanks

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Jarrod, the maintenance rep, was very professional, checked me in quickly, described the process and stayed in contact through the repair.

MB of Jacksonville was able to diagnose the issue with my car successfully. Johnathan was pleasant and professional during the intake. My feedback is regarding the communication process. Unfortunately I did not receive an update regarding the status of my car before EOD via call or text. I reached out via text before the service dept closed and did not hear back until the next morning. This may have been an outlier, but wanted to share the feedback and importance of keeping the customer updated so that plans can be made accordingly.

Amber managed my emergency with excellence. I came in for express service as my tire light came on. Turns out I had a roofing nail in the tire and they patched it for me. Mercedes service is fabulous. Amber followed up with the technician and we were finished in the time they said. Plus my husband enjoyed a fabulous breakfast omelet. Thank you!!!
