“My old CPAP reached five years of service and needed to be replaced. All my prerequisites were fulfilled Oct 3 and I’d been waiting for my new CPAP machine for a month and a half. After calling a couple times, the Lincare representative told me my paperwork had been misplaced in the office but assured me that they would make up for it within a week and they were true to their word! Less than a week later Teresa brought my new CPAP to my home and did a great job introducing me to the new machine. Thank you so much!!”
