I have been there twice in the past two weeks for an ear issue. Both times I felt like they got me in and out in a timely manner and I appreciated the hospitality, everyone was very kind.

The wait was relatively short, the checking in was simple and the medical checkup was excellent. Dr. Krenzer asked me medical questions and explained things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand.

1 star is giving more than it should. I went in one day with a severe headache, fever, congestion, heavy chest, BP through the roof, diagnosed with acute sinusitis, they did a whole DUI test because I had been taking meds to control my symptoms, instead of actually trying to find out the cause...only to find out it was COVID!!! They didnt even test me for it or anything else(strep, flu, etc)Another urgent care a week later gave me paxlovid, after doing all the tests, which because it was not in the initial 5 days, it made me so sick! Im still recovering from it. This was early July and the blood vessel that burst in my eye, from either coughing, sneezing or vomiting because of how sick i was still hasn't healed. Negligence.

No longer of a wait than expected for an unplanned sick visit. The front desk was so kind and helpful as well as everyone in the office!

The triage Nurse Anna and the Doctor were both very professional and caring. Both took the time to ask me questions, examined me and came up with a plan to get me feeling better.
