McDonald’s as a franchise does not handle its mobile ordering issues effectively. In addition, they do not prioritize quality of employee when it comes to customer service, including management. This specific McDonalds is despicable. I placed a mobile order in the app, but when I did the app started to act slow and malfunction. I waited for it to refresh and then received an 8 back to back notifications from my email and my capital one saying my “Thank you for your order”, “you purchase was approved”, upon checking I was charged 4 times for the single order. The order totaled about $40, so I am out of a total $160. I called the store before my arrival and spoke to a manager by the name of Ms.Shawn, she cut me off instantly when I tried to explain my issue, she stated that they do not help or have anything to do with mobile ordering and I asked her who I could contact and she just kept repeating herself and saying that she doesn’t know, she then became condescending and used a tone that I would compare to a pitbull, and referred to me as sweetheart. I hung up, proceeded to go pick up my order. When I arrived at the speaker I provided my code and went to the 1st window. I spoke Samaria who was very helpful and nice, she provided me with the General Managers phone number and the number for their Corporate. She then said that she would cancel the additional orders on her side and proceeded to do so, then Ms Shawn walked over and started to yell at her or I would describe it as bark considering her tone was very demeaning. She told her she shouldn’t have done that and that they would have just disappeared. Samaria asked her not to speak to her like that, and she just walked away. Samaria apologized and told me to have a good day, and call. I proceeded to get my order and now here I am. Missing $160, and a sour taste in my mouth about how McDonald’s Managers treat employees and customers. ?

The only mcdonalds who never want to cook the easiest thing lmao. Fries after midnight because they probably cleaned the station for breakfast to do hashbrowns. But they'll rather keep cooking burgers and chicken and fish on the line which is more work to clean to prep for breakfast. I know cuz I worked for McDonald's years ago and to do less cleaning at night we only served nuggets and fries. The staff at some McDonald's pathetic espevially hereand the GM gone keep losing money lmao.

Incredibly sad to watch as an obviously new employee gets corrected on the floor in front of people because she messed up an order. As someone who manages others I would be embarrassed to have a lead or manager treat my staff in the rude and inappropriate, unprofessional way I witnessed today. Mcdonalds needs to do better with thier training programs for leaders in thier company. Maybe then the turnover in employment wouldn't be so high. So sad for that employee.

Pretty sure the manager was taking orders at the drive thru, she was amazing. The kindest, smiling, helpful person that took time to explained to me why they always ask if you're using your app, then how to use it too.Rare!

Manager working at 5 was super rude after I didn't get everything I ordered plus our French fries barley got cooked. Won't ever eat at this location this time of the day ever again.

After waiting at the speaker drive through for 12 minutes, I parked and ordered in the dining room. Although the place was basically empty it still took about 10 minutes to get food.

The older Spanish lady at the counter who was the only person taking care of customers. Got a personal call on her cell phone, stood at the register talking and making customers wait. As more and more customers came in at least 10 I had to wave someone down at the back to come help. I hope this woman is at least written up. Never seen anything like this before.
