Went to this McDonald’s as I was staying in the hospital nearby I had heard they brought back the sausage egg and cheese bagel one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches as a child so I go in the drive through order my meals and to my dismay one of my sandwiches was half unwrapped and thrown into the bag only that but the bagels were burnt and had no sauce on them at all (which the sauce a staple of the sandwich) I hadn’t pulled out very far so I though hey why don’t I just go back through and make em fix it? I do that I tell them what’s wrong with my order boom done I get my food thinking it’s ok now and I get home only to see that one of my bagels is still burnt has no sauce and the other is covered in it which I feel as if was intentional

HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE! April 19, 2024 We decided to order online.We arrived at 11:30 pm and left at 12:30 am without any of our paid food items along with 7 other cars due to an employee stating that they are off of the clock.Your employee decided to wait until 12 am and ignore ALL customers instead of simply advising that they are closed.Google states that this location is open 24/7 but obviously, it is not.As cars finally pulled off 40+ minutes later, we were able to drive up to the window and see a worker staring at us and ignoring us (I’ve attached a photo down below and I won’t post their face for their privacy)After beeping the horn - he finally came up to window and decided to argue with us stating that there is nothing he is able to do and we’d need to deal with the manager - he then closed the window in our faces and walked out of the door with his book bag.I completely understand that this is McDonald’s - but this is ALSO a place of business. This situation was COMPLETELY unacceptable and inexcusable. I would HIGHLY recommend a customer service refresher course for employees at this particular location. Absolutely embarrassing and not only the employees behalf but the company’s behalf as well.

They say they are open 24 hrs and the employees see me at the drive thru and ignores meTerrible customer service and terrible attitudeIf u guys dont have staff for a 24 a hrs thingThen just close like other locationsNever again

Just went there and they didn't have a register open and made us order at the kiosk. Of course we didn't do everything correctly. It took twice as long and the order was not what we wanted. If Mcdonald employees are too important to take your order, I'll go somewhere else.

So this morning I want some coffee I went to this McDonald's I told the young lady I want 4 creams 8 sugars you know that SOB did not put no cream or sugar in my coffee and I was too far away to go back this is a horrible McDonald's horrible horrible horrible

Waited in drive thru line for more than 15 minutes. They intentionally waited to not serve breakfast. No one at either window and wouldn't answer the speaker for the car in front until it hit 10:30. Asked for managers name and they wouldn't give it to me.

Nice place, but needs attention to keep tables clean and being next to a highly used highway, they are out of many desired drinks and food options o/a 4pm on a weekend. This place also requires more manning to support the orders and customers frequenting the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Low tables to sit

Absolutely the worst McDonalds drive-thru visit I have ever had. We ordered a total of four breakfast sandwiches, 3 hashbrowns, and 4 drinks with 1 being a coffee. We got our drinks just fine but then they had us move to the 3rd window so that way they wouldn't get the time penalty. That was a BIG MISTAKE as we then spent about 10-15 minutes waiting for our food, during which about 7 cars passed us. Unfortunately, we had already paid and were held as a captive audience. I understand it may have been a larger than normal order since almost every car passing most likely had 1 person, but to wait so long is unacceptable. If you are looking to have a quick drive-thru experience, visit a different McDonalds as you will most likely get faster service. Overall, the service SUCKED.

If you order on mobile, make sure you double check. They like to forget things and say they gave it to you (being super rude also, like it’s my fault they forgot half my order); by the time you get your whole order, all the other food is gross and cold by the time you get to eat it. Also gave me expired chocolate milk ?? rude and they suck

Waited 20 minutes to get our food (2 happy meals and 2 nugget meals) only for the food to be cold and taste like it was made over an hour before we even arrived. I asked for fresh food and the girl looked at me like she didn’t understand what I was saying. So wasted over $30 on some old food we barely ate because the employees wanted to play dumb when we asked for fresh food.
