Great new car buying experience. Shopped around for a new Mazda and they were by far the most professional and straightforward dealership. From David and Robert being very knowledgeable to Cole and the sales manager Aaron being straight to the point on what the options are, I was happy to work with them on finding a new car.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new car, everyone was very polite and courteous and did everything they promised. Our salesman Attila Gusso was as professional as he could be and Aron was great as well and gave us a tremendous deal, I would definitely recommend Mazda City for anyone looking for a new car.

Victor was a great guy right off the bat. We were initially just browsing but it became clear we might need to take advantage of an available car we liked. John Regalado served as my sales representative at Mazda City Sales Consultant in Orange Park Jacksonville. After a negative experience at another Mazda dealership with rude staff, I decided to explore other options. I was pleasantly surprised by the non-pressure sales approach at Mazda City Sales. Despite my initial hesitation, I ended up purchasing a candy apple red CX-5 Signature, as the white one I desired was hard to come by. The negotiation process with John went smoothly, and I highly recommend him as a sales consultant. Aaron Kaminsky, the sales manager, was also fantastic. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I suggest visiting this dealership.

My father and I had an excellent experience while purchasing my vehicle at this location. Stephen DeVito made our experience smooth and was extremely thorough in explaining the vehicle, its different features, and walking us through the purchasing process. Because Mazdas are such reliable vehicles I doubt I'll be back soon but if I ever need a service or upgrade this is the place to be! 5 stars all around for Mazda City. We just purchased our third car from Mazda city and are still in awe of the personal service you receive. From Joel ( our salesperson) on all three vehicles to Aaron the Manager to Cole the finance guy. Service above and beyond! If you deal with Joel you are in more than capable hands. He has a vast knowledge of every vehicle on the lot and makes sure you know your new car inside and out before you pull of the lot.
Highly recommended and yes, we will be purchasing our next vehicle here.
