Room for efficiency improvement. I don’t know this process very well but seems like a staff person will wait on a customer or two then disappear. The average number of window personnel I see working is about 1.5Long lines at times.

I need help diagnosing if my wife has a personality disorder. Mayo Clinic came up as the best rated source of such patient care. I filled out their mental health form and submitted it. They set up a phone consultation on March 16 at 9AM and reminded me by text 3 times. They did not call me and when I called them they told me they discontinued that patient care service in June of 2022!!! I see their reviews are very mediocre on Consumer Affairs. These are terribly incompetent, useless psychiatric services. Do not waste your time with Mayo Clinic. I guarantee you disappointment and in my case more damage to my already fractured marriage!

We recently relocated to Jacksonville and needed to find a preventive/general cardiologist. Using the US News and Reports Best Doctors I found two cardiologists that looked very good. Unfortunately they were both associated with the Mayo Clinic. When I tried to reach out and make an appointment, much to my surprise the Mayo Clinic "screened" me. I was told that the two cardiologists that I had chosen had no appointments for the next eight months! When I asked if there were any other cardiologists available they told me the same thing, no appointments are available for the next eight months with anyone in their cardiology department. In addition, they do not keep waiting lists. It's very hard to believe that there were no appointments in the whole hospital. Very puzzling; perhaps it's because one of my two insurances was Medicare.....

Seamless process and a large, clean, efficient facility with happy employees and doctors who take their time. Very good and receptive support staff. The portal messages are easy to access and are responded to timely. Scheduling is efficient and easy. Parking can be difficult but it there are several lots/garages. there are shuttles from nearby hotels as well. Overall, a refreshing medical community that is doing great work!

after reading the negative reviews here maybe I was lucky they "have no appointments to offer " for their neurosurgeons to consult on my case .They "have no appointments available for the forseeable future ". Yet they make you fill out online appointment request with tons of information. I found the person who called to tell me this very uncaring and arrogant .

A lot of times, a indicator of how care is going to go, actually starts with the professionalism and competence of the receptionists. Here, they are great. Extremely helpful, and they consistently tend to go the extra mile and do the extra little thing to help each and every patient. As I suspected this level of care and going the extra mile for the patient extended to the technicians, the nurses, and the doctors. This place has a good reputation for a reason. Very well run ship married with each staff member encountered showing great individual effort and initiative to provide the best care for each step.

With five visible assistants in this pharmacy, the efficiency level needs improvement. Not sure if protocol states wait times >1 hour but it seems an extreme wait for a script NOT requiring countig pills. My appointment took less time.

If you are considering Mayo Clinic's Executive Health program I would advise against it. I was in the program for 25+ years, but once I turned 65, they lower your status and put you on a waiting list to get scheduled. I'll be dead and buried before I get off their waiting list

My mom has surgery on her knee May 20th, 2022. We got there 4:30-5am. When she was done with everything, the nurse called me & told me she would have 5 scripts that needed to be filled. It took maybe 30-45 mins & we were out. Wish every pharmacy performed the way Mayo Clinic Pharmacy does. But, that’s what sets them a part; and why I will keep coming here. The techs were amazing, nice, friendly, informative & caring. Thanks for all you do!

The five stars go to Louis the driver who took us from one side of the campus to the other. His compassion for patients and his assistance with helping me get my parents on and off the bus was GREATLY valued and appreciated!! Louis is a true role model for patient -centered services! Thank you Louis!!!
