We came in just looking and Jamarris showed us the selection then we landed on a primo mattress. We fell in love with the lift /mattress combo but weren't sure how to make it work financially. Jamarris pulled out all the stops to get things where we needed. When we needed that last nudge Demetrios (management) helped make the numbers work.
With all their knowledgeable advice and help we are loving our new mattress with lift assist. Makes our movie night a completely different experience.

On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”

“April 15, 2024 @12pm:Sleep Expert: BradI brought my 90 year old mother to Mattress Firm on Southside Blvd; to purchase a new twin bed for her. When we pulled up in front of the store, I had to remove mom’s walker from the back of my vehicle, then assist her getting out of the car and to the front door.As we were walking towards the entrance of the store, Brad was already holding the door open and greeted us with a smile. Once inside, I explained what we were looking for, and Brad immediately brought us to a bed for mom to try out. While she sat on the various beds Brad recommended, he explained everything we needed to know about the mattress design, level of support, type of material and how it was constructed. He even explained the warranty.Mom selected the iSeries 2.0 Hybrid 1000 12” Medium Mattress and the adjustable base. I appreciate the patience Brad took with my mom. I am thankful he did not rush her into making a decision. Brad displayed the utmost professionalism, shared his expertise and made our experience memorable!Thank you Brad for everything you did for my mom!”
