Togo and his shadow Charles were extremely helpful. They were very informative and assistive thoroughly throughout my whole experience. I didn’t plan on buying a mattress today but he was so good at his job that he ended up helping me out so much to where i would’ve been crazy to not buy a mattress. If you have an idea of wanting to buy one this year. Make sure Togo is working and you will be more than impressed

Togo was very helpful when I was looking for a mattress. He took his time to show me different models until I found the one that I liked the most. I came back and purchased it along with the mattress cover and sheets. He was very nice and it was a pleasant experience. I purchase something else there in the future.

Toghral has amazing customer service skills. He made everything seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. I think this might be the first time I’ve called a store and spoke with an employee who was just as determined as I was to get my needs met. He’s is why I’ll be coming back for future mattress needs. I went into the store today with zero intention of making a purchase. I was greeted warmly by Ehson, and asked how he could help. After a short explanation of my needs and budget, I was given three options, all of which were good choices. Ehson, then asked me a few more questions, we made the purchase and were on our way in less than 45 mins. Could not be happier with my visit to Mattress Firm today!
