I came to Maserati service in need of help with my Maserati Ghibli. From the moment I walked through the door they took care of all my car needs. Sam and Derek, in service, are the best! They were very professional and amazing! Sam explained everything in details what was going on with my car. They are the best dealership service I have ever been to!

For those of us with Alfa Romeos in the Jacksonville area, I have to recommend Maserati Jacksonville's service dept for all non-warranty work. Very professional staff, especially Derek Vanderhoff the Service Advisor.
The courtesy drop off at work, and then delivering my finished car to me was great. Not burning a full day of work to get to an Alfa dealership was fantastic. I totally recommend.

If you want to buy a car from this company, you need to be very careful, because they have a lot of hidden fees that are not showing on their advertisings or negotiates.
I agreed to buy a car in full price that they offered on their advertising at Autotrader, but they refused to sell that car on their asked and full price, they asked extra money for Dealer and documents fees.
Do not trust to this Dealer.

We had an awesome experience and really appreciate the honesty. We bought a new-to-us Maserati elsewhere and took it here for 30k mile maintenance and an oil change. Tony was amazing and could’ve made some money off us but he told us it was recently done and we didn’t have to spend the money on it. Niko was also amazing and showed us other fun cars while we were waiting for our car to be completed. We had questions about another one of our vehicles and TJ (also amazing, in case I didn’t mention before) was happy to help answer them. We have zero complaints and will definitely bring all of our vehicles back.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Tanner at Maserati Jacksonville on two occasions. He is honest and straight forward. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Before they comment back, I will say that the dealership did rectify the situation and make it right...begrudgingly. I do want to make that clear before I write a review to make this as fair as possible.
Alright, so I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealership. Used, 18k miles, 4x4, pretty great condition. I went on a Friday and spent an hour at the dealership test driving and discussing it and all that jazz. I said I’d call back in the afternoon after I looked at one more vehicle. At 1:45 I called back saying I was on board and we should start drafting up the paperwork. I arrived back at 2pm and finalized the paperwork, yet didn’t get in to sign the paperwork in the entire 2.5 hours I was there. The finance manager, Joseph, was nowhere to be found at times. All the while, I was the only person in the dealership at the purchasing stage of the process. Thus, they told me to come back the next day. I spent another hour there the following day before signing the paperwork. Not great.
I noticed a mechanical issue while driving and brought it back to get looked at, as the saleswoman, Tammy, told me to. This required another hour at the dealership. The dealership, namely Joseph and Tammy, felt they fixed the problem and assured me that if the problem persisted to bring it back, they’d give me a loaner vehicle, and take the vehicle to be repaired.
Long story short, they didn’t take the vehicle back for repairs or give me a loaner. Rather, they told me to make an appointment with Jeep to get it fixed, so after 2 days of not having my car and an almost $1200 repair bill, it is fixed. They reimbursed me for the repair, but this hassle could have been avoided if they just took the car originally and dealt with it when I brought it to their attention as both Tammy and Joseph said they would. In addition, I really had to track down the service and sales people to ensure the request for my reimbursement check was submitted. I requested to speak with the manager, TJ, about this. He offered me a bottle of wine and a "sorry".
Like many people, I work. I had to block off large portions of my calendar for these appointments, and that’s pretty frustrating.
To be fair to them, they have good used cars. The folks are pretty responsive when you message them and they do try to help you to the best of their ability. However, I think it is important to be cognizant that they probably won’t prioritize you if you aren’t buying an $85,000+ car, but this might just be my experience.
Overall, I think if you’re looking for a used car this wouldn’t be a bad place to at least browse. Do yourself a favor and if you buy, take the car to an independent technician or mechanic to look over. Just my two cents. Hope this helps the next person!

I purchased my first exotic car online without seeing it in person. Initially, it felt like a dream come true, but it quickly turned into a nightmare when the salesman claimed there was a spare key, which turned out not to be the case. Though I initially thought the missing key was not a major issue, I soon noticed that the leather on the dashboard was shrinking, driving me crazy. When I contacted the dealer, they informed me that they couldn't assist, as I had bought the car "as is." The salesman had not disclosed these issues to me during the purchase. Even when I reached out to Maserati North America, they also stated that they couldn't help.
Fortunately, Mick, Samuel, and Tonny came to my rescue. They made the replacement of the dashboard possible at no cost, making things right. Their exceptional support and dedication turned my frustrating experience into a positive one. As a result, I wholeheartedly recommend Maserati Jacksonville to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used car. Their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

Buyer beware! First, they will bait and switch you with rates. In their analysis they will use a very low rate (unattainable based on current market) to calculate the monthly payments. Then, the sales person verbally committed to a rate, and when it was time to sign, they made excuses and rates went higher again! They called my spouse into the dealership without any details and fast-talked into a sale that was not what was previously agreed on. They work as a team (about 9 people will introduce themselves to you in the first twenty minutes) and each has a role in getting you pressured into signing. Overall a very poor buying experience. This groups is well dressed to fool you into something they are not, but at the end of the day perpetuate every negative stereotype of a used car sales person that will take advantage of you. Watch out for John the GM who negotiates behind a curtain, he's a liar.

LAME CARS, and worse than the cars is their customer service, after they get your money, you're gone. Mr Tonny just doesn't take your calls, when he does he says he'll call you back and vanish. Do yourself a favor and run away from this dealer ASAP. Supporting Filipi Guidi review.

Sales department is horrible… I dealt with Brandon, he lied about a spare key, which they did not have but he told me they did in orther to sell the car. Hostile and looking to void any responsability. RUN , I ended up at fort myers Maserati to buy a new key. This moment was supposed to be a dream coming true for me, it's becoming a nightmare though. Not to mention Tommy, which just talk to you until you do the wire transfer, after that, forget it. So, if you can buy your car in another dealer, please yourself a favor.
