I just wanted to say that Betzy at their office was very professional and talked me through all my options for savings and was very transparent with me. She also informed me about the other options for insurance they offered as well but wasn't overly pushy like some people out there which I appreciated.

Talk about customer service!!! The amazing rep Betzy kept up with me faithfully until I qualified to get a better quote. As soon as my policy came for renewal she was already calling me to get me a better quote. My new policy saved me Sooooooo much more than my old policy. I am sooooooooooo excited Betzy kept up with me and now I’m apart of the Margie Williams State Farm team. Thank you so much!!!

I called the office yesterday to get a quote for auto insurance. I spoke with Jennifer Hernandez. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She provided an excellent quote for me, emailed the necessary documents for my signature which I returned, made payment over the phone and promptly received the proof of coverage. All this in approximately 2 hours. Excellent service provided Jennifer. Thank you!

I was a senior citizen from out of town . I am a State Farm customer at a location quite a distance from my home.
I walked in with a issue on a recent burglary of my home.
A customer service rep Betsy acted and treated me as if I was a customer at her agency.
Kindness goes a long way and is certainly lacking by many business owners.
I would highly recommend ? this agency and a shoutout to Margie and Betsy for outstanding customer service.
