This place is account sales only!! Also when you apply for an account it’s kind of a guts thing if they will get you an approval if you're not sympathyc to them then you will have no luck.. I am a vendor to big builders and would have bought a lot of material from them. They loosing serious amount of money with the business strategy they have! Not recommend to go there!

The delivery of 1 piece of lumber caused a delay in my project for many days if not weeks. They put a lean on my property even though I am paying my contractor cash.

They won't even give you a price unless you create an account or go to their st augustine location yet I'm literally walking distance to this location and work for a house flipping business....wow

Our builder used Manning Building Supplies for most of his needs and we have had a couple of occasions to need to deal with them for issues related to various products. Each and every time they've gone way above what was expected and are simply a pleasure to do business with. The staff is not only helpful but friendly and genuinely committed to assisting with my specific issues and needs. Specifically Mark and Scot are two folks that I can't say enough about. Support these guys and this company if you can. There aren't many like them out there as far as I've seen...

Delivery w 53 dry van, staff friendly and helpful. Truck entrance is last gate ( southern most) lot is a little tight.
