I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I had to in this case. Disappointed in customer service. Got my toe nails done for a fair price, but the leg massage was subpar, as I’ve had much better ones at other salons. Then once the color was on, they let it dry with the toe separator pieces in. She ripped out the toe piece without taking care and smudged one of the toes polish. I asked for a touch up (literally would have taken 15 seconds) and she insisted two times it was fine and nothing was damaged, even though I literally showed her the piece of polish on my finger that came off due to rubbing. Just won’t go here again, wouldn’t recommend if they won’t even touch up a mistake (it was an accidental smudge, would been fine if she just would have fixed it and respected what I had to say)

Clean. The professionals were very nice and did a good job. My lady seemed very shy about scrubbing my skin too much or going under my nails. She was very gentle.

I believe the salon is under new ownership and the prices have increased drastically. I had a regular gel pedicure and it was $55. The pedicure I had today was nice, but there are spots that my toe nail polish is translucent and uneven.

While the salon is nice the nail techs do not do your nails the way you ask them to and they dont do designs either. My last 2 visits were not good, did not get the shape I asked for or a simple french manicure as requested. For the time and $$$ you spend its very aggravating to leave unhappy.

I brought my friend and my grand niece here for pedicures. We had a great time and the service was wonderful. Even the child pedicure was done very well. If you go to their web page and provide your email address you can get a discount if you're a first time customer. I visit Jax about once a year and I will come back to this spa on my next visit. Oh, I also had a manicure and got a buff shine instead of color. I appreciated that they had the buffer for that.

the service was good and friendly (i live in dc so comparatively it was cheap as well), but i had to get a broken nail fixed and in dc they fix a nail by putting a coat of dip on before doing my usual gel polish, it’s a lot more secure to keep it from breaking again. here she only used some nail glue to fix and it’s already broken again less than a week later

The experience itself was fine, however I got these nails done for homecoming, my sister went to the same place a day before and we got very similar nails (both pretty close in length, same shape, and both had an initial) she paid 45, when I went a day later I paid 70, which is fine I respect it, just didn’t expect to pay so much for basic nails, nonetheless they are cute. A day later at homecoming one of the nails began to come off, had to glue it back on with nail glue, overall it was okay.

I regularly come here for my manicures and pedicures. Everyone that I’ve had has been very meticulous and done an awesome job. Kelly was great, I would highly recommend her!

We were hunting for a new pedicure spot since our usual place switched owners and we weren't happy. We are so glad we did! Not only did we enjoy first rate service, but we found several of our favorite artists from our old place we're now working here. I guess we all need a change. Check them out!

If you want to get your nails only cut and colored this is the place for you! Paid $40 (original $50) for manicure and pedicure that was not an actual mani and pedi. Very hard to communicate with the technician they didn't seem to understand what I was asking. My gf did regular color and they even didn't know how to properly color nails. The isn't a receptionist to greet you or accommodate you it's just a screen to sign in. I got out there very sad and disappointed, I have wasted $40.
