I’ve had Allstate since 2015, and have never had any issues until recently. Over the last year, my insurance premium went up nearly $50. Therefore, I began to shop around for new coverage. Upon finding new coverage, I emailed Mandy (on September 20th), requesting to cancel my insurance policy through Allstate. As of today (September 28th), she has not responded. On 23 September, I called Mandy’s office, and spoke with Jennifer, who asked me to send over my new proof of insurance, which I did. Two business days later, Jennifer responded saying she needed additional documentation. I finally ended up just calling Allstate directly and they had my policy canceled within 5 minutes and all they needed was my new policy effective date. Very disappointed with the predatory schemes this office has appeared to pull by not responding to emails and giving me the run around for a simple process. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
